From Chrissy and Russ the owners to Jeff, Randall, Jesse and a roofing contractor named Philip, I felt very able to ask questions and to get good much appreciated answers. Its great and Im always so humbled by who God brings into my life. Polsgrove performed clean, excellent work, great cleanup and listened to me. We had tankless water heater and water softener, cleaner installed. I would definitely refer them to anyone. Really great people, doing excellent work. Im so grateful....

Another wonderful service by Polsgrove. Russ and the team are respectful, honest, and communicative. Their rates were comparable to other independent companies and well less than the national plumbing brands for a re-pipe of a whole home. They placed floor protectors down, and have work mats for their tools and supplies. Nathan, Jesse, and Josh were wonderful technicians.

Quick, same day service performed by Polsgrove Plumbing. Great work performed by Jeff fixing our master bath toilet. Required replacing sub base in floor from rot and updated all old components in tank plus applying a retrofit bidet. Happy wife, happy life!

Mrs Polsgrove returned my calls and was helpful. Jeff the service man was professional and communicated with me re: arrival time. This was a non-emergency request to install the gas line for my generator which they did in a timely manner.Pricing very reasonable and completed professionally.

I had Jeff from Polsgrove at my home today. Although was not on their schedule, I was able to get someone out at my home and ensure that things were working as they should. They recommended a change of corroded pipes for my water heater and even shared contact information for other issues that I had at the home. Polsgrove always treats every customer like family. Showed up promptly at the appointment time and had me fixed up in no time! Cleaned up after the repair and answered several questions I had about other plumbing issues. Even though we never want to call a plumber, sometimes it is necessary. Polsgrove Plumbing is the one I call. Jesse and his assistant (please forgive me but I have forgotten his name) have been to my home on more than one occasion. They are knowledgeable and can get the job done. Had water damage through ceiling from a ruptured water heater. Called Polsgrove for help at 8:30am. Had their first plumber arrive at 9:00am and a crew to replace both aged water heaters within the hour. Outstanding service and great people will always call them first.

Had a pinhole in the pipe leading up to the house, which was leaking water onto the streets and lawn. Love this husband and wife team! The wife was awesome answeirng my calls and trying to schedule her husband and team out the same day to help me even though I had cancelled initially because we decided to go through home warranty first. Big mistake...the guy home warranty didnt seem like he knew what he was doing and they ended up not covering for plumbing work outside of the house. Anyway, the wife is so sweet and answers the phones or calls you right back. The husband was really professional and super sweet. They didnt try to overcharge me like the other company did when I asked how much it would be to fix without the home warranty. The Polsgroves are honest people and I highly recommend them. Ill be using them for all my plumbing needs!
