Rob was very informative regarding the work that might need to be done. My home was built in 1987 and it was a challenge to find the right commode but he was able to and the work was done. He was professional and I will use his company for other jobs.

I had to change my refrigerator i have all original plumbing in my 2 story home built in the early 80s well I needed to have some valves replaced in my home to swap refrigerators do to valve was not blocking the flow. So they traced the line through 3 more bad valves before making it all the way to main valve at the street. Problem Solved Home Services replaced all bad valves in a seamless manner to no time at all to complete the work. Very impressed by owners knowledge and dependability as well as the fact it didnt break my bank. I have some more upgrades and maintenance to take care of so I know who I will be completing all the Home Service I need completed in the best most cost effective way out there. I had some major plumbing projects and contacted Problem Solved. I needed installation of two tankless water heaters, an automatic whole house water shut off valve, a toilet upgrade, an under-sink hot water heater, and associated electrical changes.Problem Solved showed up on time and completed all projects without delay. Their work was professional, and everything has worked without problem and as expected. Rob was very courteous and friendly and he also gave me advice on HVAC projects I was planning for the future. Also, my wife asked for an additional electrical outlet in a separate room that I had not remembered, and they added that without a problem.I would highly recommend Problem Solved and will use them for all my future needs. This company here is real company that cares about us customers and looks out for us and will not rob you. Rob here came to my house and checked out my heater and told everything is good and you are good to go .I need him check out this and my water heater to because I needed it inspection so I am in compliant with the rules of the fire Marshall. Me and my we foster kids so had to get this stuff update so that we can keep fostering kids. Rob also made sure are hot water was working properly to and we are all good to go know .this man is honest and very reasonable price .also his ac work is excellent to. So I would highly recommend using him.

Excellent service, highly recommended!!.I called this company on 12.21.2024, had an issue with my main drain line, and they quickly answered my call. Rob answered the phone and scheduled a 7 am visit for the following day. He arrived on time and took care of the problem. He was very professional and honest. He gave me a quote before he started the work. Problem was solved!!. I live in Cypress and will keep using this company for any future needs.
