I cannot recommend more strongly Redfin Plumbing and specifically Junior Morales, who has provided us excellent services at a very reasonable price.Last year we had some work done by a large reputable company. At that time, we asked for and were given a bid of nearly $800 to replace the cartridge of the shower control in one bathroom. The dripping got worse and with some trepidation we called Redfin. Mr. Morales came out, on time, and I went over items on our Plumbing list, including the shower cartridge, replacing a defunct tub spout with diverter, and two separate modifications on gas lines on the exterior of the house. He lumped the water plumbing tasks together and the gas line tasks together and the total was about $100 LESS than the previous bid for the shower cartridge alone. We scheduled the work and he arrived on time and knocked out those projects.At that time, I discussed with him whole house water filtration/treatment systems. He gave us good advice and after Id done additional research on available systems, we scheduled that work. This time he was actually early to arrive. SThe system was installed neatly and professionally and now we no longer battle the lime scale!Thank you Redfin Plumbing, and especially Junior Morales: weve found our plumber for all future needs.P.S.: he also threw in a flushing of our hot water heater on the first visit!

Sarah was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. She introduced me to our new Generac generator. She was very through on what to expect as we have not owned a generator like this. Basically runs itself.

We couldnt be more happy with the services that Redfin Plumbing provided for us. Not only do we have complete confidence that their work is excellent, but their customer service is also excellent. They had to dig a 4 ft tall by 3 ft wide tunnel that was almost 80 ft long under our foundation to get to a pipe and replace it. They completely filled up our driveway with the soil from under our house, and across the street in an empty lot. When they were done with the job, they cleaned up so well that you cant tell that they were here. I would recommend Redfin to anyone.

They were outstanding and extremely helpful. They were able to come the same day. I had the hot water heater leak and we’re able to clean up and install the new ones and they carried out all the old stuff and they have everybody to help do the roofer to seal stuff. They have someone that will come and make sure if you have a leak on the ceiling from where the hot water heater was they will come and give you a free estimate and see if you have any mold building already. Contacted the plumber we normally use for error codes on our Navien Tankless Water Heater. Unfortunately, all they did was unplug it and plug it back in for a temporary fix. Navien recommended a few companies and chose Redfin to look at it. Dillon came out and was quick to evaluate and order the necessary parts as well as clean the ignition system. To be upfront, I was a little surprised at the hourly rate but I can say with confidence Dillon is worth EVERY penny. One cannot buy his knowledge, professionalism, honesty and ethic. I recently had my foundation lifted and with that had possible plumbing issues within my slab. I work in residential construction and my plumber(Linc Plumbing) recommended their sister company Redfin to assist. I am a warranty guy for a well known builder and it is very easy for me to say that Redfin is the best plumber I have ever used. They may not be the absolute cheapest but with them you definitely get what you pay for. I would not have bothered to write this review if I did not think they do a great job.

The technician/plumber came by to determine what was needed to to clean out a clogged drain for our washing machine. He gave what I think was a fair price to run the snake in our line to try and unclog it. We determined a date and time for the service which was accomplished to my satisfaction. As I have come to expect Eddie is a very good hard working plumber and so far our washing machine is draining better than it has in years. Approximately a month ago I called for an estimate to have my water heater replaced. I chose Redfin to do the work because I felt the most comfortable with the estimate I received. Last Friday, I heard the pop and sudden sound of water rushing. The freeze finally got one of my pipes. I called 5 different plumbers and couldnt get anyone to come on that day. The best possible was the following Tuesday with ARS. They set a window from 9 am to 1 pm. Tuesday, no call, no show. I called back and was told by a very snarly CSR that the national call center has no idea whats going on and no one could come out until Thursday with no call window! I called Redfin and was treated with empathy and kindness. I was given a time window for Wednesday (today) and they delivered. Uli was my technician and he was excellent! He saw the problem and said it was an easy fix that wouldnt take long. I was very happy with his professionalism and attitude as I know every plumber is crushed with the volume of burst pipes in Houston. From now on, Redfin is in my favorites in my contacts. They will be the first to call should I have any other plumbing needs. Uli is to be commended for his work today!

Redfiin installed an exterior natural gas line to our outdoor generator. The work by Eddie was very professional, and the folks at Redfin were easy to work with for scheduling an estimate and the work itself. Maybe not the cheapest out there, but it’s worth the extra to make sure it’s done right. Would work with them again!

Trevor helped me to fix the dripping shower head. The cartridge was stuck inside and really hard to take out, Trevor managed to fix it. I appreciate his effort big time. Plus good service scheduling and come on time, everything is great!

Redfin plumber gave 30 minute heads-up before arrival.Was very thorough in defining exact location of ceiling leak.He opened a wall in order to spot the moisture. Only charged the diagnosis fee since pipes were not leaking.

My refrigerator ice-water dispenser was not flowing, but generating a trickle. An appliance repairman tried several fixes, but none worked, but on a hunch asked that we get a plumber to check out the incoming line. Redfin came and disconnected the line at the fridge and at the inlet fixture at the wall, and discovered that the installers had left a piece of plastic in the line that was restricting the flow. PROBLEM SOLVED! FAST, LOW-COST, EASY. The team that arrived went to work immediately. I am very pleased.I have used RedFin on a different house, in that case repairing a damaged sprinkler fixture that was ruined during the Big Freeze in Houston. They not only replaced the broken pipes, but also added a new valve that will let us turn off the water in a better location, next time, and hopefully avoid broken pipes in a Future Freeze. PROBLEM SOLVED; PROBLEM AVOIDED.Separately, a Redfin plumber replaced failed parts in a toilet after first making sure all other parts were performing as they should. Problem solved.

Overall I was very pleased. Very nice, professional guys that did a great job. They demolished and reinstalled a leaky shower pan as well as replace fittings in shower and under sink. Will use them again to install new tub and sinks.

Redfin is a very reliable plumbing company. I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink, and I tried watching some youtube videos and tightened things around to see if I could fix it myself. No luck. JR Morales used a camera to inspect the vertical run from the ground floor to the third floor. No smoking gun yet but we have a plan. Eddie from Redfin plumber came out on Sunday and replaced our two damaged water heater. He was very knowledgeable of the water heaters compared to the previous plumbers who came out. I would definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

I used them to redo my plumbing and appliances in the kitchen after the winter storm, evaluate a leak( which turned out to be a simple fix they told me how do it myself!), and recently they replaced my emergency water shut off valve. He worked in the rain and mud to make sure he completed the job , put all the dirt back, sealed up the whole in the wall, insulated the pipes outside, and caulked the small gap between the pipe and brick outside. Homeowners please do not allow these so called handyman mess with your plumbing. Call redfin and get it done right!!!!

He gave me all the information and let me know the steps he was going to take to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself. He wore a mask. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE! Ali the technician they sent, was able to identify the place where the pipe broke inside the wall within minutes. Most other companies would have had to tear down the place. He was surgical about his approach and extremely fast.

RedFin Plumbing is the copper standard (if you get it you get it)! I came home (again) to a sink full of standing water at the most inopportune time. I called to see if someone could assist me over the phone since I knew it wasn’t urgent, but they sent someone out right away, ON THE WEEKEND! The service technician arrived with proper personal protective gear and maintained social distancing while educating me on preventive maintenance. (Now I know what a P-trap is and how to keep it from clogging.) While there are many plumbing companies in this sea, I’ll be calling RedFin the next time I’m up a creek.
