We had a great experience with Rocket Rooter. This morning we suddenly had a leak that was dripping through the kitchen ceiling. Rocket Rooter was able to fit us into their schedule to come out within a couple hours and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs!

I needed my sewer line replaced. It had to be done quickly as we were starting to get backup in the shower and toilets. Rocket Rooter were able to call the 811 number to get all the lines marked, and within a hour or so, that part was done. They started on the job that same day. Jerry couldn’t have been nicer. He was very patient with me as I had many questions. They were very fairly priced and got the job done within a few days. Great company!

Just had a tankless Waterheater installed by Jerry and Alex and I couldnt be more happy with the end product. Very professional, very informative and very competitive pricing. It was a tight space so Im sure it wasnt easy, but it looks nice and they cleaned up the area very well. They worked with me on pricing and were very accommodating in every way I needed. We had to buy a new hot water heater and have it installed. I posted in the neighborhood that we needed help and one of the neighbors gave them a rave review. They came the same day after speaking with them. An hour and a half later the job was completed. They were careful of our my belongs and cleaned up everything before they left. 45 minutes later we had hot water. They were very friendly and will be on our contact list as our plumbers of the future!!

I had a leak from my main bathroom toilet line and water was leaking out on the floor, I turned water off and and looked up plumbing on thumbtack and Rocket Rooter was the company I decided to use. I received a call from plumber Mike and set up appointment for next day. Mike came out to replace the toilet water line on 2 toilets and replace the bathroom sink water lines.Mike was so professional and took care to resolve the issues with leaks and did a super great job. I am so grateful for Rocket Rooter, LLC. Jerry Haskell helped me and my family. He was the one I spoke with on the phone. I had this project quoted and pricing was all over the place. Gerry (owner) had one of the more competitive offers. Out of all the contractors he reached out and worked to earn my business. His follow up was key and addressed all my questions and concerns. He made sure to point out his warranty to give me assurance for years after the job was completed. From the moment Jerry called me to talk about our 3rd floor bathroom leak I was in good hands. If you take away anything from this review it’s that this company is honest, transparent, and quick. Jerry’s team has helped us so much throughout the last 3 months. They are great communicators, fixed a lot of other items for us, and were very transparent throughout the entire process. They even met me at a bathtub warehouse to approve a new bathtub before I bought it and had them install it to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems with it. I can not recommend them enough. Rocket Rooter was great to work with! Their price was fair, work done right. I’ve been recommending them to my coworkers and neighbors. Don’t make the mistake of (like we first did) calling highly advertised John Moore. They claimed their work was ‘guaranteed’ for one year…but then 3 weeks later when they had to come back they claimed the 1 year guarantee is voided after the first call back!

I contacted Rocket Rooter at about 9:00 pm at night for a minor emergency repair. They listened to what the problem was and gave me instructions to mitigate the issue until it could be repaired the following morning. The next morning they arrived promptly and made the required repairs in a timely fashion. They even went above and beyond and assisted with ensuring the water heater was functioning properly before they left. Its very gratifying to do business with people who say what theyre going to do and ultimately do what they said the were going to do! They set my expectations and followed through. Five stars all the way!

Accidentally nicked the main waterline to the house removing a tree root. Called Erik and his team member and they were at my house in 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later they had it repaired. Very nice and professional. They gained a new customer for life!

Called Rocket Rooter after being stood up by a very well known Houston Rooter company and Jerry was very professional and up front with me about pricing and estimated time of arrival. The 2 man crew arrived, went to Home Depot to pick up the Water Heater I purchased, brought it back and replaced my old one that was leaking and checked/tested everything thoroughly. The crew was well knowledgeable and efficient and very pleasant to boot! Rocket will be my go to for future needs with a shadow of a doubt. Great work guys!

I had a broken toilet and requested a quote from one photo. Within two minutes, Jerry called and texted me with pricing and an appointment for the next day. Alex Engel was quick and helpful! We couldn’t run water in our house for several days and Alex came to see us as soon as we needed him. Amazing service, we are strongly considering hiring his services again.

I called because our kitchen sink had started backing up again. This happens about every 18 months and I typically rent a rooter at Home Depot and do it myself to save money. However, things were really busy, I was about to go out of town for the weekend and didnt want to leave my wife at home unable to use the dishwasher (which empties into the kitchen sink drain) so I called Rocket Rooter.The man who answered my call was very friendly and told me about the drain clog special they were running, and the price was barely more than the cost to rent a rooter. I was calling later in the day and unfortunately they didnt have any times available until the next day. He felt bad about that and offered to have someone come out later in the evening but I told them that I would feel bad about their guys having to work late and that theyd likely prefer to be home having dinner with their families. We could wait until the next day, so we made an appointment for the 8:00 to 11:00 AM time slot.Alex arrived just before 9:00. He was also very friendly and quickly took care of the problem for us. He gave us several routine maintenance things to try to avoid or at least delay future clogs.We were really impressed with the service (both of the guys I interacted with) and with the pricing, and with their prices and quality I probably wont be renting equipment from the orange big box store to do this job again if the need arises. I like to support local businesses and this is one that is definitely worth supporting.
