Had a wonderful experience with Roto-Rooter. My plumber Adam was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without issue. He was also very pleasant to talk to. Been using them for over 12 years and have always been happy with their service.Edit: Had an issue arise after Adam left today. Called the company and Christian came out and fixed everything with no problem and no extra charge. Again a very nice young man who was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.

Adam did a wonderful job! He quickly found the problem. He gave me options on what I wanted him to do. He said if option A didn’t work we would go to option B. He answered all my questions and gave wonderful advice. Adam was very professional and polite. I greatly appreciated him working in this frigid weather. Edgar did an excellent job helping us with a broken-off plastic shower cartridge inside of a valve. Very fast response time - he was at our house quickly for the repair. Pricing was also very transparent and fair. Will absolutely call again for all future plumbing repairs!

Had my first experience today with Roto-Rooter. I had an emergency and needed someone out asap. Placed a service call this morning and had a technician show up promptly. Justin was completely professional, friendly and saved the day! Thank you for prompt and great service.

I have used Roto Rooter several times now and am normally very happy with the service they provide. On this occasion, Edgar did a great job of locating and pulling out the anode rod in my water heater to inspect it. I have been having issues with a smell coming from my faucets. It was very corroded and he recommended that I have it replaced. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him. HOWEVER, he said that because it was still under manufacturers warranty, I needed to call them and get the part from them. But that was incorrect as the manufacturer told me that they do not send parts. So I have left two messages with Roto-Rooter asking a manager or supervisor to call me back and find out how I am to get this part. It is now going on three days and no one has bothered to call me. So Im a little disappointed in Roto-Rooter at this point. Hoping someone higher up reads this review and will contact me.

Luke was great. Toto Rooter as a whole leaves a lot to be desired. I told company what the problem was and when plumber came out he want able to perform repairs. No I have to wait for excavators. Not what I expected.

Previous plumber Eric came out to give use service did not explain very thoroughly of work details/price. Felt that he did not diagnosed issue correctly an meanwhile he cut uneven huge square out of ceiling for a gasket replacement on drain to tub cast $800adam was sent back out to correctly fix issue.he explained every detail had shoe covers on respectfully took care of issue with no leak

I had 3 different plumbers from my warranty company with in the past 2 weeks come out and try to find and fix the leakUnfortunately, they failed.I then called Roto-Rotor who sent out their technician Edgar. Luke gave us an estimate to redo the plumbing under our kitchen sinks, got materials and was back to complete work. Waited for glue to set and tested both sinks and the dishwasher drain line. All completed in a timely manner and much neater then what was originally there.

Hideajet came out and cleared the blockage of our main drain line very quickly. Josh Laws followed up with running a camera and giving me the full diagnoses of the problem (tree roots). He offered me a few options of fixing the issue from DIY to repairing the main line. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured and they were very thorough in explaining the process and the steps to take, and they were both very helpful in resolving my problem. I would absolutely recommend these two on any drain line issues, and they were both very professional with their work.

Our experience with our technician Steve P was absolutely wonderful. He did a great job fixing our pipes. My only complaint was with dispatch who promised between 9 and 11 and I had to call to which the lady couldnt find my appointment because the dispatch lady last night obviously messes up. 4 stars should suffice. Steve P gets 5 stars. Dispatch gets 4. Sorry.

Very pleased with the service today. Called for a little advice, answered my questions and had a tech in route with in 30mins. One of our rental properties had an issue with a backflow toilet and belled pipe which was expertly diagnosed by the initial team and field supervisor Joshua Laws. As the repair began the crew encountered a hidden barrier under the home and Joshua explained the situation to us before work was able to be resumed. Joshua took additional time, care and effort to find a solution which saved us a tremendous amount in the total cost of the repair. Based on this excellent experience alone, we have decided to use Roto-Rooter as our primary plumber for all 4 additional rental properties we own in the Houston area. Had an overnight emergency where the shower valve wouldn’t shut off. Chase Hawk and crew were assigned. The first thing I noticed was how respectful they were of our home; asked if they needed to put on shoe covers. Upon examining, Chase was knowledgeable about the possible issues and was upfront about expectations and costs. They fixed it in a timely manner and even cleaned up the old caulk and asked for a broom to sweep the work area. They’re pricey but if you need it done quickly, it’s worth the convenience and peace of mind.

We have visitors who are not used to septic systems and the use of not so much toilet paper when using the bathroom. Toilet got clogged and Jesse came out to help us. If they come back for the same issue it is covered and we won’t have to pay. I appreciate that and gladly pay a little more because of their excellent customer service, quick and efficient fixing of our problem and great warranty! We had a seriously clogged kitchen sink that just came out of the blue. Steven worked to analyze and assess the location of the clog and cleared it completely. Had an issue about 115 ft out from the house that I called Roto Rooter about. Joshua Laws came out and he remembered me from 2022 when they had to come out and fix an issue which impressed me. He also impressed me with how he talked me through everything, answered all my questions, and was just amazing to deal with. True professional he is and so was Angel the drain tech. Angel was efficient, quick, polite, and I appreciate his work as well. Hopefully they never have to come out again, but if they do, I want Joshua back for sure.
