Verify satisfied with Justin H & Edgar’s work. Edgar was able to fix what another tech left broken. I really appreciate the sympathy and understanding of my frustration. He made sure to fix the pipes properly without any leaks. Justin H thoroughly cleaned the drain line and made sure to stay and test the line multiple times. Justin explained everything so well that I had no confusion about my plumbing problem and what I needed to do to rectify everything. Called around 4:30 on Sunday because I had water backing up thru my drains and toilets. Chase showed at 6:00 and immediately accessed by problem gave me some helpful hints to prevent clogs and went to work first unclogging my septic line then running a snake through my whole drain to make sure everything was clear and good. Chase was very professional and kind. Took care of my problem right away. He was in and out of here in an hour making sure I completely understood what he did and the warranty that came with it. I could not have been more pleased with Jesse, the plumber who was sent to my house. He was very polite and worked hard to solve my issue, a clogged kitchen sink where the problem was in the pipes in the wall of my house, not just those below my sink. He deserves more than 5 stars. I rated 4 because I felt like the price was high and that I should have been given a price range when I scheduled the appointment.

At first I was very disappointed because I waited two hours when the dispatcher promised the technician was arriving in 30-45. But once Jesse arrived everything changed. He indicated he had made it cleared he was a couple of hours away and apologized for the misinformation provided. Jesse was very professional and quickly cleaned out the drain and explained the process well. Jesse is a great asset to the company.

I scheduled an appointment for a clogged toilet in the morning and they were out at my home by early afternoon.Ky Stokes, the technician, was very professional and thorough. I described the problem and he knew exactly what the underlying causes were after a few questions. He was able to identify and perform the repairs with an hour. He explained step-by-step what the repairs were so that I knew what he was doing at each step. He even gave me advice on how to keep up the maintenance to lower my water bills.I will definitely call him again in the future if I have additional problems.

All the other service companies were happy to take the money without ever correcting the problem that initiated the services of a plumber. Ky did a fantastic job helping me with my kitchen sink issues. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing in an easy-to-understand way. He provided excellent recommendations to prevent my plumbing issue from returning.

Our kitchen drain backed up four hours before a planned birthday party with about a dozen and a half teenagers. Roto-Rooter understood the urgency of the situation before I had to explain it. They had a technician on site within 90 minutes and our drain was cleared shortly after that. The technician was very courteous and professional. He explained everything clearly and completely. It was a very pleasant resolution to an unpleasant problem.
