On Easter weekend no less, truly 24/7 service offered.Our technician Jesse Zamora arrived and asked about issue, evaluated and quoted us. He explained everything he was going to do, started to work on issue the clog would not budge. When the ogger wouldnt release clog, he offered to try an alternative way which solved the issue and we got functioning bathrooms once again!! Our water heater failed last night so we called Roto-Rooter because they are open 24 hours. They told us someone would be by in the morning and they showed up on time. Both Mike and Keith were awesome. They were extremely friendly, honest, and considerate of our property. Mike took the time to explain everything, Offer us options, and told us which parts could be reused instead of fleecing us for stuff we didn’t need. They provided a very reasonable estimate to replace the water heater and started work immediately. They installed the new water heater and fixed some other things for us. They were extremely fast and efficient and had us back up and running in just a few hours. We didn’t expect everything to get repaired so fast and the total was cheaper than the estimate provided. I got Mike’s card and will make sure he does all of my plumbing work from now on. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and value. Highly recommended!

We had two visits from RotoRooter. The first visit to clear the line was good but the follow up to camera the line the day feel short. I submitted feedback that we were disappointed in the lack of follow up and was contacted immediately. The management team took every possible step to correct this oversight. Roto-Rooter has professional courteous staff members both on the phone and the techs they send out to the house.. We had a leak in our kitchen and ultimately had to replace our disposal. They fixed the problem quickly and were able to get me on the schedule the same day. The tech I had was in training and his supervisor was there to make sure that he did everything correctly. Called around 3 in the afternoon about water heater pouring water out non stop. (Lucky for me, I knew how to turn water off for entire house)Even though I was told that a tech would be able to come out the next day between 10am and 2pm, a service tech called first thing in the morning and at my house by 8am. Unfortunately I needed a replacement water heater, but even though the tech had to leave to get the new replacement, he was back within 30 minutes and able to replace. We noticed water damage in a ceiling and wall below an upper floor bathroom, but didn’t see any active leaks from the bathtub or toilet. Scheduling the call was easy, and our service tech, Michael, arrived right on time. He came and inspected every area around the bathroom, including the attic space surrounding and the floor space below the bathroom. He found the issue and was able to fix it immediately. We had Anthony G. (Tech #2978) come to our house to fix and re-install a toilet that had been removed and installed incorrectly by another plumber. Anthony was very knowledgeable and performed great work. He knew exactly how to fix what was broken. He was also a very nice man and very professional. He was so good that we are going to have him come back to address some other plumbing issues that we have been putting off.

Dan did a great job helping replace the water pipe attachment on my fridge with a brand new one. He was very timely and helpful and also helped install the compression cord from the pipe to the fridge as well. Just bought an older house so it definitely needed to be replaced. What a great experience! We had a dishwasher that had to reinstalled due to shoddy installation the first time. Anthony came out not just on time but early. After assessing what needed to be done he realized that one of the brackets (which were never put in to begin with!!!) was missing. He went out of his way to go find another bracket by going to 2 different stores to get one. My dishwasher is now installed properly and could not have been any happier with the call. Professional and on time. However, this was the most expensive “unclog/snake” jobs I have ever paid for and have had this service done by others in the past. No negativity to the plumber, but I will not use your company again. For a job that was done in less than an hour, the cost is absurd.

Callled Roto-Rooter for a clogged kitchen sink drain. First plumber on the scene arrived within an hour. Based on my description of symptoms and past history, he was able to convince me that snaking the line would not be a good long-term solution and hydro-jet cleaning was recommended. Because the estimate was free (unlike other plumbers I called), I was able to compare prices before scheduling the work. Roto-Rooter was cheaper than others I called. Scheduled the service and it was performed the same day (and based on what came out of the line, it definitely was needed!) The person performing the service was very professional; explaining everything he was doing, showing me the progress as the job proceeded, and giving recommendations for maintenance of the line. Finally, both plumbers that came wore masks, maintained social distancing, and left me feeling safe. Well done!

I went on Roto-Rooters website and filled their online form to initiate a service call. Within minutes I got a response scheduling the work for the following Monday. Monday morning came around and started with a call from Daryl verifying the service call time and then let me know when the technicians would be there. The technicians Kyle Courtney #1659 and Jeff McCuller showed up at the time stated. They quickly diagnosed the issue and they knew what to do. I had a few bad faucets and a horrible noise coming from the pipes when the water was running. Kyle and Jeff jumped on it, getting me the best parts at the cheapest price possible. They did the work in a timely manner without an impact on the daily workings of my employees. They did an excellent job and I plan on setting up an account with them for future plumbing issues. I set up the appointment on line at 10pm and they called me within the hour to confirm the issue and appointment time. Technician called by 7:30am and arrived earlier than expected. Thaddeus (sp?) was awesome. Very professional being so late at night. He set up in minutes and had my sewer system unclogged in less than 20 minutes. Would recommend Roto-Rooter any day. The only complaint I have was with dispatch. They called me once and said someone was on their way in 30 to 45 minutes but 45 minutes later someone else calls and says someone will be there in about 30 to 45 minutes..really odd. All in all a good company.

4/14/19 - After spending hours trying to fix a problem with a clogged line, I decided to call Roto-Rooter well past midnight to see if they could come and help me out. Not only were they extremely timely, Jaime #441 did a fantastic job. I couldnt have asked for a more helpful experience given the stress I was under. I will be doing business with them again.UPDATE:6/8/19 - Had a similar experience as last time with a clogged main line. Luckily Roto-Rooter had me covered free of charge with a 6-month warranty and they promptly sent someone to deal with the problem. Christian #179 was a thorough professional and a joy to work with. He was able to quickly identify the problem and solve it. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

We were totally satisfied. Technician Edgar diagnosed our problem quickly, was totally contactless and super clean. He was so careful we had him do an additional job: flushing our water heater and installing a new safety valve. We will use this company again for any plumbing needs.

Chase was very professional and took the time to make sure I understood what the issues were and made good recommendations on how to remedy them. Repairs were quick and done right.

Our technician, Joseph (#810), answered an emergency call after-hours for a severely clogged main sewer line affecting our master bath, sinks, shower and toilet, and two other bathrooms! On the night before my wife was scheduled for surgery, Joseph definitely saved the day! Damien #2014 came out on a service call to further review and diagnose my kitchen plumbing nightmare. He was very polite and professional, he made sure you understood everything that was going on. He is very crafty; he took an impossible job (all out comes where leading to $$$$) and made it possible😊. I am so grateful for his determination and skills, not only to save us some money but to give us our kitchen back. I haven’t never been so happy to be able to wash dishes & clothes again. Beyond impressed. Wasn’t sure about calling a national brand like Roto Rooter but gave it a shot and have been so pleased so far.I called at 7:30pm on a Friday. The person who took my information was super nice and helpful. Very easy process. They are 24 hours but it wasn’t an emergency so I was pretty pleased with my appointment being scheduled between 9-1pm Saturday.They said dispatch will even call 30 minutes ahead which is great.Then. This is when I got mind blown. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it’s a project manager. Asking about the scope of the situation.... offering to go take a look tonight (no charge) to make sure the leak we had was safe and not a safety risk with any electrical things like light fixtures (leak was in ceiling).Eric drove from Spring, TX (North of Houston) to La Porte, TX at 9pm on a Friday night... just to check this out at no cost before our appointment tomorrow.He was so prompt and friendly and I couldn’t believe he made that hour drive! (And another hour home).He couldn’t really identify the source of the leak but that wasn’t his job - that’s what they will tell us tomorrow.He brought a Fiva moisture meter with icg (nice one too, looked it up, $999 online) and was able to tell where there was more water absorbed in the ceiling that we will need to be sure and dry out to prevent mold. They also provide this service.He had some ball park numbers and will probably know a little more once we find the leaks source tomorrow ...He called and gave a great summery. I wasn’t present - this was for a cottage at my work (basically a non profit with several foster homes, a school, admin buildings, etc) and the house parents he met at the cottage with the leak loved him too.His information was all super clear and professional and he was very patient.Look forward to getting more info on the leak itself tomorrow but totally recommend this service.

My wife and I called about an exterior drain potentially blocked by tree roots. Justin responded to the call, quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved it and offered a number of helpful suggestions for us moving forward to care for the home drainage system and potential issues to look out for. It was awesome to have someone so honest and helpful as opposed to trying to overcharge and fleece us for unnecessary items or services. Tech Jon Friesen showed up at time expected. Explained work he would perform, warranty terms, and then went to work getting the sewer blockage fixed. He was very friendly, polite, and professional the entire time. Jon is the type of employee every successful company strives to have on their staff.

Mr. Joseph Lazard was very knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our drainage issue. Our toilet was backed up for two days and everything we tried to clear it didn’t work.He was pleasant, funny, and in and out in no time.

After attempting to repair my water heater on my own and failing miserably as well as tempting heat exhaustion, I called your company for the first time with a plumbing issue. Your associate, (Mike Horris), came out the next day on schedule and convinced me that attempting to repair my old water heater might not be the most economical solution to the problem. We agreed that a new water heater was the best solution. He and his partner showed up at the agreed time, successfully removed the old water heater from the heat of the attic, and installed the new one with absolutely no issues. They even played fetch with my puppy while waiting for the old water heater to properly drain. Both were extremely professional and appeared to enjoy their jobs and interactions with others. We have used Roto-Router now for a few years after having tried 4 different plumbers in the area. They are the only people I call now. They have always given the best prices, service, and sharing their knowledge. Recently we had Patrick Kubin come install toilets and he found the leak in our utility room and repaired it timely. In the past, they did remediation when our water heater had a small leak that ended up flooding under our vinyl plank throughout the whole house. The first job they did for us was repairing the drain/sewer lines from our guest bath and they did it much faster and cheaper than another plumber we had do a different bathroom. We have an old house with many (ongoing) issues and they are the only people I trust now.

The service technician arrived on time and quickly set up to begin working. He explained the problem and procedure to unclog the drain. The work was done in a professional manner and attention to keep the house clean was evident. I highly recommend this company.

Joseph came out at midnight when no other company was able to come until at least 7-8 the next morning. He was very courteous, personable and professional. We will call Joseph with Roto-Rooter whenever we need plumbing help for sure!

Kenny and his assistant were very professional. Kenny and his assistant went above and beyond during the entire process, which turned out to be a 3 day job. Kenny explained everything to us and even provided us pictures of the problems since we no longer live in Houston. This was a very challenging job, and they were very diligent and we are very pleased.

I would give Roto-Rooter 5 stars as a company. I had a problem that needed addressing quickly and went online to schedule an appointment. I choose between noon and 4pm, at 11:15 I received a call that they were on their way.Thaddeus Magee was my service tech. Justin #3039 assisted Jonathan #2820 at Red Robin Ln. I called for the company’s services because my drain has been backing up due to grease buildup. Both gentlemen were extremely determined to get the job done and did not stop working until the problem was resolved! The gentleman even cleaned up after finishing, and did not leave one spat of grease! I can not express enough how thoroughly pleased I was with their service and professionalism.

Called multiple plumbers on a Saturday night. Out of 6 plumbing companies, this one was one of two who could give me a time that someone could come without needing to call me back on Monday (free evaluation). They were able to come the following day (Sunday) and fix the leak in my wall. Kyle was awesome. Able to give estimate right then and there (540 for cutting open my wall and ceiling and replacing the bad part of the pipe and an additional pipe with high quality products) and do the work all within a few hours. So my sewer line was plugged bad, John the tech that came out did not give up even when I did! He was persistent and in the end found and fixed my problem. Sebastian showed up early, diagnosed the problem quickly and flushed the lines. Our Sink does not have an exterior clean out and is all the way at the end of the system (80+ feet). The water jetting did a great job and the initial and post cleaning camera inspection showed the results real time of the now cleaned mainlines, from the end of the system all the way to the main clean out. Sebastian was very polite and knowledgeable, and the job was completed in under an hour.

I noticed that poor communication between answering services, dispatchers & the Technician caused a 2hour delay before they arrived to my house. My appointment was 12:15pm, they arrived 2:11pm.However, the Technician- Jonathan did an excellent job and i am satisfied !

All of the workers for Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job. Juan. the field agent, got there first and went over what they were going to go and who was coming and at what time they would get there to fix the over flowing sink. Manual, the plumber, fixed the plugged line and repaired the leak in the other Jack and Jill sink. Taylor pulled up carpet, removed the floor boards, drilled holes at the bottom of the Sheetrock, put fans out blowing air and dehumidifiers out to dry out all the damaged areas. They did a great job.

Main waste line was clogged. Noticed around 9 pm. Called that evening to schedule an appointment in the morning (open 24 hours!). Sebastian Rodriguez #2541 showed up promptly at 8am. Steve was great and fixed our clogged bathroom sink fast. He arrived within an hour of calling and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening.

Roto-Rooter came out and replaced our leaking 40g electric water heater in an emergency on a Friday night. Water was leaking through the ceiling so we were in a bind. It was quite expense, $3115.50 in total, but we had to get it done as soon as possible. The guys did a great job taking the old one out and installing the new one in the attic.

Delvin came out quickly to help my 100 year old parents fix their toilet clog problems. He was so courteous and he gave them peace of mind during this awful storm experience through his professional service. We could not be more pleased!

A clogged toilet resulted in discovering that the main sewer line needed to be replaced. Damien arrived Friday afternoon to make the determination and by mid-afternoon Sunday the old cement line had been removed and replaced with new PVC line. Through the whole process Damien kept in communication letting me know who would be coming for what purpose. His personable, attentive communication made what was an unsettling experience seem much less so. I have used Roto-Rooter several times previously and always have been satisfied. Damien is one of the best.

Delvin #2608 came to help us clear out some draining issues. He was very responsive and came within 30 mins after I made the call. Delvin was able to snake and determine there was some kind of blockage in a ground pipe going to the sewer. We are hoping Rotos follow up team will be able to repair it upon further review.
