Osbaldo was super helpful and punctual for showing up at the time that he did. Literally showed up within an hour after I called up the number explaining my issue with our main drain. He explained everything with clear and concise detail and was very pleasant to talk to. Easy 5/5 service.

The issue I had required a Roto Rooter manager to send a journeyman since 3 other plumbers they previously sent failed to fix the issue. The journeyman was brilliant and thoroughly explained the cause, effect, and resolution. The issue was fixed within 20 minutes which left me asking why journeymen aren’t being deployed initially.4/5 instead of 2/5 stars only because of the journeyman.

Fernando was great to work with. I showed him the problem area and immediately started working on finding the leak. It ended up being two different leaks once we got into it and was a bigger project than expected. He stayed til it was completed at 8 oclock at night. Tidied up afterwards and got everything fixed. Hot water heater tank burst yesterday, Roto Rooter had a plumber out within the hour, worked on a quote and had a new one installed within the day. Edgar was awesome, we had a few issues that he had to resolve and he did it all. Price was steep but you pay for excellence and Edgar definitely was that.

I didn’t appreciate being initially upsold on a service that could have been offered at the base price I ended up paying, but I realize this is probably a company ploy and not the initiative of the techs.

Chase did a roto rooter for our pipe outdoor that caused our kitchen sink clogged up. He is very thorough and professional explsained to us the cause and suggested the service to prevent the future problem. we are appreciate his service at the last minutes needed and a reasonable price. Check their site for coupons before booking. $450 to clear the clog in my kitchen sink. Had a clog late Saturday night that my 25-foot snake couldnt get. Filled out the form on their site, and someone was at my house by 8am Sunday. By far the best part - very, very responsive, thus the high price. The technician answered my questions and was friendly as was his supervisor, who provided a camera view of the pipe. I would use them again but regret not making use of their online coupon. They also sold me on a new sink strainer for $200ish installed, which I would need eventually. A costly hour-long visit but needed and on time! Thank you.

Two pipes busted in my house and I had Roto-rooter do the mitigation and pipe repairs. Great service! They were informative, patient if you have any questions. They were very professional and the communication was great. I used their emergency services during the freeze, they were very busy but they maintained communication in a timely manner. Very professional service and great for emergencies - but also very expensive.We called on a Saturday afternoon because we were getting water in the house. Plumber arrived within the 2 hour window. He cleared our pipe and talked to us about what could be wrong and told us that they could do the repair if choose to.They were timely, efficient and professional.

My husband and I were unexpectedly faced with a clogged toilet with no knowledge of how it happened since we had not used the bathroom, and unfortunately, this was affecting all other toilets. After purchasing a snake device from Home Depot and using it on all toilets, we broke down and called Roto-Rooter. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, we did not have many options for any other plumbers given that most are closed on the weekends. I was nervous because Roto-Rooter has mediocre Yelp reviews, but our experience was great from beginning to end! The operator was very friendly and attentive. She thoroughly explained the process and was informative. Steve, the plumber, called us about 20 minutes later and informed us that hed be at our home in 30-45 minutes, and he was actually on time! We were charged $300 or so for him to snake one of the main plumbing lines, and whether that is expensive or not, he was very friendly, was very informative, and it fixed the problem that the snake we purchased from Home Depot was not fixing. We had a great experience and plan to post this review on Yelp!

I had to call Roto-Rooter for an emergency, late-night appointment due to a blocked drain affecting my AC system in the attic. Victor did an incredible job resolving the issue. I had a terrific experience. I accidentally drilled into a pipe on Labor Day in the evening. Kyle was at my door the next morning, fixed the pipe quickly, and was great to chat with. I got a quote from another company that wanted to charge double what Roto-Rooter charged. All in all this was a terrific experience, and I will be calling Kyle and Roto-Rooter for all future plumbing issues.

Our landscaper unfortunately busted a main waterline on accident today, and Patrick Kubin (tech # 2568), came out within 2 hours to make the repair! He was so friendly, very courteous, and extremely attentive. He made the repair and stuck around to make sure the repair was solid and complete! Main line was stopped up inside the entire house. Called roto rooter, and Victor 2141 showed up in a timely manner. After diagnosing he quickly and efficiently went to work and was able to free the line. Roto gave me a camera inspection as a compliment and luckily for me it was just a soft stoppage. I called and about an hour later Sebastian was at my house to take a look. I had a pretty straight forward clog in my drain line about 60 to 70 foot out; I could not unclog it my self with only my 50 auger. Sebastian was able to run in out with his jets and showed me the camera run through. He was quick, professional, and didnt break my wallet! Thanks again!

Apart from some new legal approvals which delayed the service call by 12 hours the plumber did a great job at one of our rental apartments. This was the 3rd or 4th time weve used Roto-Rooter and its likely we will use them again. I thought the price was a little higher than Id expected but what the heck, the job was done well.

I have a 53 year old home in Nassau Bay (Houston, TX). I called in on a Sunday morning and had someone at my home within 1 hour. My plumber was Joseph Lazard. How lucky was I. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, he was a nice guy. Friendly and hard working. The patients of a saint as this was a hard job to get accomplished. Persistence wins out in the end. My pipe in the attic burst due to the recent freeze, I was unsure who to call. I pulled into the gas station to fill up gas in my car and I noticed a roto rooter van and I asked the gentleman inside what I should do. We really appreciate the excellent work done by Andrew G to permanently solve a tough puzzle with a toilet flange in our older house. As Roto Rooter had previously done an excavation for us and some work on that toilet as a result, they came back out and took care of it for us. I have a sink line that connects to the laundry line before heading to the sewer. Over time the sink link evidently got clogged with grease. Ive had some flooding due to this. Roto-Rooter sent out this senior tech and kOh my he explained what was happening the best yet. Clearly and showed whats clogging the system. Sadly a clean out line external near the sink wasnt added to this house when constructed.Great person and helpful.

The tecnicians Jonathan Stone #2820 and Patrick Kubin#2568 came to inspect water leaking at the base of the commode. Jonathan immediately proceeded to run tests and diagnose the problem. They cleaned the pipes, then ran a video inspection and showed me what the problem is and the solution. They did all these in a professional yet friendly manner, never patronizing like some men technicians do. The crew who did the excavation and replacement of the pipes also did a very thorough and excellent job, leaving the yard clean and tidy.I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing problem. The plumbers from Roto Rooter were great. We had a pump go out that clears all the sewage from our house. They were able to find the problem and fix it as fast as possible.

I had a camera inspection of my sewer pipes to find why one of them was not flowing into the city line. Damien was thorough and patiently explained all the ins and outs of my pipes. He also wore a mask the whole time and was very conscious of the COVID situation we are living in to be as safe as possible.

Plumber came, diagnosed the problem as a bad wax seal on my toilet and replaced it. While doing this he observed the internals to the tank were in poor condition and replaced them as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
