My water heater stopped working all of a sudden. I called RTD plumbing The technician came and helped me restart that. Also, gave me information on how to do it by myself. This is the reason, RTD gets my first call whenever there is any plumbing issue.

Quick response. Friendly and professional. I wish they could figure out why my new home keeps backing up. I wonder if its a builder issue.

This review is for service provided 12/18/2024.Will was extremely knowledgeable on the issue and how to execute his process of elimination for what all may be causing my issues with pressure and the heating tank. Not only did he provide insight on how products may be contributing to the issue (which some were) but also who to use in the future and how beneficial their warranties are. During the entire appointment he was respectful and offered advice outside of the current issue to help tackle possible problems that he has seen with new plumbing. As the unexpected tends to happen! Truly thankful for the time, information, and knowledge shared!Also helped with a decision for a purchase on a product that helps him manage his business and personal calls. I’ve been looking into bone conduction earbuds and he gave me his experience and what he’d look for if purchasing the same brand!
