Cody does thorough work. Cody installed 5 faucets, three shower trim kits, and a new kitchen sink with new disposal. Cody was prompt, courteous, and careful with his work. He wore shoe coverings and was kind enough to try to be quiet when the baby was resting. At one point a faucet I provided was missing a part, Cody ran over to Home Depot and got what we needed without missing a beat. That saved me from cancelling a meeting to go get it myself and it speaks volumes for putting the customer first. Cody is a great worker and he really makes S&B my go to choice for my service needs. In the midst of the stress of a plumbing problem I was able to find joy because the gentlemen Reid, Daniel and Mr. Edwards were so patient and respectful as well as honest. They made every effort to deliver prompt and professional service while doing their best to keep my cost down. There were no heavy sales pitch pressures. They fixed what my previous plumber failed to fix and pinpointed the issue quickly. This is definitely a company I would recommend if you need this type of service.

We had a repipe done at our home. Was a little bit anxious about the job because it is quite invasive. The guys at S&B executed the work wonderfully. It was not near as disruptive as I thought it was to be. The guys were professional and they did a great job. The two representatives who came out were excellent—very polite to my wife and me. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. The service of Mr. Burke (Bo) and his crew, Braulio, Ryan, and Joe was exceptional. The way in which they handled every aspect of the entire repair process was beyond my expectations. I had a main sewer line blockage. I called S&B Plumbing Inc. (without knowing it much) to request an evaluation. My request was assigned to Bo. During the working hours of that day, Bo called me multiple times but received no response from me. He tried again after work then finally got connected with me at 5:42pm. Even though it was outside of Bo’s working hours, he very patiently listened to me and talked with me for about half an hour, postponing his family dinner. He explained the evaluation process and the fee then said if you wanted to do the evaluation by us, let me know by 8:00 am tomorrow. The way Bo communicated with me was very impressive; it drove me to browse the internet immediately after hanging up the call to know more about S&B Plumbing Inc. In less than an hour I texted Bo to request the evaluation for the next day owing to the comprehensive information on S&B Plumbing website and many 5-star reviews from its customers. Then a very satisfactory repair service started. At the repair plan discussion stage, Bo suggested ways to save me money. During the repair, Bo recommended to me an excellent concrete work company, coordinated other contractors involved, and talked with the mud district to ensure an efficient and complete repair. Ryan and Joe replaced the damaged sewer line section with a new one in an unpleasant-smelling, narrow, and muddy space with passion and patience. Braulio helped the best he could. Bo always responded to all my text messages and phone calls immediately or at his earliest convenience at work and after work and said to me “I am here when you need me.” I believe my words above can serve as a testimony for “the service of Bo and his crew was exceptional.”

We always have a good experience with S & B plumbing. We have had them do multiple projects from installing new toilets and faucets to new PEC piping after the freeze. They are always professional, will call ahead of time and do the job right. Its been well worth being a member to get discount and 1st come service. Fantastic job. First, he allowed me to let them know what had already been tried so I would not have to pay to repeat anything already tried and unsuccessful. He went thru process of elimination until it cleared. The cost was extremely reasonable. Both crew worked well together. And no used car salesman attitude or upselling. Very, very happy!

Installed an incredibly efficient Heat Pump Water Heater (aka Hybrid WH). It was an incredibly difficult attic installation but he and parter did a great job! I had a few tweaks which they did with no complaint. Of all the fixes to my house, their work was the best! Nothing that could be done better.

While I was still waiting for another plumbing company to get back to me (they never responded), S&B showed up, fixed the immediate problem and is currently working on finding a long term solution to a longstanding plumbing issue. Mike Pitts has been my plumber for over 10 years. With a 70 year old house, I have had a variety of plumbing repairs and installations and he has done an excellent job with all. He is also good-humored and honest! He is my plumbing Angel, for sure.

I contacted S&B Plumbing on a Friday a.m. to get an estimate on an outside leak. They sent Reid out on that Friday afternoon. Since it was not an emergency leak we agreed to wait until that Monday. Reid came out Monday as promised and completed the work. Reid was exceptional and courteous. Than you Reid and S&B Plumbing.

We discovered a pipe leak on Sunday night and ended up turning off the water.Called S&B Plumbing at 8am Monday morning. They had a crew come out by 9am!!! Morgan sized up the issue and made a quick, but permanent repair. He and his tech stayed a bit just to make sure the leak was fixed.Odd thing. Since I trust S&B so much I didnt even ask Morgan the cost beforehand. To my surprise the fee was very fair. Morgan gave me an estimate for a whole house repipe plus my request for a new water heater. Good pricing.

Bo has worked at my house many times over the last 25 years (on different projects). Each time hes come out, he and his team have been professional; arriving on time and finished quicker than expected.My recent job was a tunneling project to fix sewer lines that had tree roots and breaks in them. They hand dug what looked like a labyrinth under my house. I dont even know how many men were under there at the same time. Crazy.This project coincided with a foundation repair. Bo and his team agreed to leave the tunnels open until the foundation repair was complete, then come back to back-fill. They were back out here within days of the foundation people finishing up.Bo and S&B (I knew them before as Sugar Land Plumbing) has gone above and beyond, and has saved me money many times over. I have recommended him and S&B plumbing to everyone, and wouldnt consider using anyone else. I couldnt brag more on these guys. I don’t recall how we found S&B (likely a referral) but I’m soooo glad we did. I just love it when the technicians not only inform you of the problem and repair the issue, but also provide prevention education! For us, S&B has been a God-send. We bought our tankless water heater from them and have not been disappointed. We don’t always get the same technician but the quality of service is consistent. Our seven-year old shower pan failed. S&B fixed the shower drain, arranged for the tile work, and set up the contractor to repair the ceiling damage. The work took time but was done well. No mess and S&B guarantees their work.

We have used S&B Plumbing for more than 15 years and are very satisfied.Today, Justin was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, explained his process, everything was done efficiently and to our satisfaction. He and his assistant replaced a widespread faucet, fixed two toilets and replaced a broken drain plug. We will be calling again with plumbing needs!Regarding a past visit, we had a city inspector come to approve a new water heater S&B had installed in the attic. The City of Sugar Land requirements are quite strict and had changed since the house was built. The unit is near a ceiling. They said this was done exactly to city specifications, and then they asked if S&B Plumbing had done the work. They said their quality work makes inspections easy.

I had S&B came to replace our sewer line. The entire work took 3 days but S&B had made the entire experience non hassle and the final work flawless. They clean up so well that the affected area looks the same as before they started any work on it. I’m very happy with their work and totally appreciate their hard work in making things right. Austin W. And team were amazing. Even though we had a Wednesday appt, they found time in their schedule to come a day early. Cleared troublesome clogs, changed out all drain pipes, and completed thorough testing before saying job was complete. Great work at a reasonable price!!

Justin has helped us to install several faucets, sinks, a vanity, free standing tub and shower fittings. There were some issues with the shower fittings and free standing tub stopper so he wasn’t able to complete everything in one day as planned but he returned as soon as he can to fix those issues and had done an excellent work. He also did all the necessary leak tests to make sure no leaks before he sign off the work as completed. We are very happy with the results and will hire him or S&B again for any future plumbing works.

I’ve used S&B Plumbing to have outside faucets changed, shower valves replaced, old water valves under sinks replaced, leak detection, and plumbing under sinks repaired. I also have recently had my water heater replaced by S&B plumbers. Reid and Wesley. Both young men were timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The two service crew arrived on time, identified and located the access point in the attic, and quickly unclogged the AC drain pipe using a automated snake. They also made several suggestions on how to best maintain the drainage. Reasonable price.

I called for a clogged pipe. I received a call if they can arrive a bit earlier which I was okay. My tech person, Morgan, explained what he was doing and were able to unclog the pipe. The job was performed within the hour and received a report of their findings along what they did and what they recommend for my situation. Overall great professionalism from Morgan and his colleague.

I had to replace the flush mechanism for a 10 year old toilet whose tank was located behind an 8 foot slab of marble . I feared that I needed to have the stone guys cut the slab and remove all it . But this was not necessary and S&B was able to locate the replacement parts and do the repair . Very professional !

The day of the repair (for a pipe) they arrived on time and were organized, explained what they were going to do and then showed me once the work was complete. The main water line coming into our home developed a leak due to the stucco rubbing against the copper pipe over the years. We have had the pleasure of working with S&B Plumbing on several occasions and have always found them to be professional and responsive.We were very grateful when S&B Plumbing was able to fit us in on the same day within a few hours of our call. Without their prompt service, we would have been without water.Although the job was straightforward, a common 3/4 copper 90 degree elbow was needed but not available from the plumber’s truck. We would have given them 5 stars if both plumbers didn’t leave to pick up the elbow. It would have been more convenient if one plumber had stayed behind to prep the repair, which would have required less total time.

I highly recommend S & B plumbing. We had an busted pipe outside due to the cold weather. We called them late on Weds and they were at our house first thing Thurs morning. Not only did they fix, replace the water valve, check the back flow pipe, they also added insulation around the pipe to protect going forward. They are amazing!!

Two weeks ago, on a Saturday night, our neighbor discovered that we had a serious leak in the water riser to our house—enough to create a new bayou. We had to quickly turn off the water to the whole house.My first thought was S&B Plumbing. We have been long-time customers of theirs, but we haven’t had any plumbing problems for a long time.We were able to reach someone that night, who promised to try and schedule us for Sunday morning. Before help arrived I expected someone to come, who had been drug out of bed Sunday morning—looking tired and not dressed well—not that I would have blamed them. But I was so wrong---Austin and Wesley from S&B arrived about 10 am (earlier than we expected). But the important part was that they got right to work with the kind of professionalism that made me quit worrying about the whole thing. I went back to reading my paper and drinking my coffee.They replaced the main water riser with brass fittings and a new valve. When they turned the water back on—everything came back up the way it was supposed to—the first time.I hope we won’t have any new plumbing problems soon, but if we do—we have S & B on speed dial. Hurricane Beryl blew a tree down that ripped up my gas line. Jr with S&B had me back up and running in about an hour. We had been referred to another company by my insurance but they were trying to price gouge due to the storm. S&B will treat you right!

My garbage disposal quit on me (so I thought) called S&B and the were able to come out almost immediately. They had it unclogged within 15 minutes and only charged me half the rate since it was a simple fix. AND they took extra time to teach me how to unclog it myself if need be! As a young single mom I not only appreciate their honest pricing, but their extra effort to help save me money by teaching me the simple fix. Definitely a trust worthy company.

Needed a new water heater and chose these guys because my sister gave them such a glowing recommendation.Off to a bit of a slow start from inadequate communication between teams, but they took care of it and we passed the inspection with flying colors. All the plumbers and their apprentices were extremely personable and put up with me asking questions as they worked...I like to know how and why of stuff! August 2024Kitchen sink started to leak around the drain seal / gasket, and S&B came out and took care of everything, quickly and professionally. We will continue to be using them anytime something comes up.===============January 2024 - I am happy to leave another great review of S & B plumbing, we have been having continual issues a couple of older Champion 4 toilets, with the gaskets leaking. Tried a number of times to fix it, still no luck. Called S&B for help and once again they came out, were there early, rebuilt the entire thing with better parts than the crappy stuff sold to consumers at typical stores and everything is great. Again and again we are happy with S&B and will continue to use them for any of our plumbing needs .... I cannot recommend them enough.-------------------November 2023 - We just had S&B back again to fix a hose bib in the backyard. The guys were great, polite, on time, answered all my annoying questions, and did the job quickly, efficiently and correctly. Everything fixed, no more leaks, very very happy. I got home after work to find water coming out of the refrigerator and getting all over the kitchen. We spoke with Morgan from S&B Plumbing, who walked us through what to do immediately to minimize damage. He explained things in a language I could understand and follow. He and a partner arrived promptly, very professional and approachable. The water valve behind the fridge had busted, they replaced it, fixed our problem and moved the fridge back in place. They were both very friendly and we highly recommend them and this company. It’s nice to have good service!

Adam and Taylor did an outstanding job in solving my water service line leak issue. They located the leak underneath my sidewalk and were able to run a new PEX line to replace the old PVC that was leaking. They checked the repaired line for leaks and cleaned up around the work site They were able to answer any questions I had and were a pleasure to deal with. S&B Plumbing will always be my first choice for plumbing issues.

These guys were honest and their rates were fair. The “OTHER” company wanted to charge us $$$$$ for work that did not need to be done. Don’t be taken in by the first quote from a big company. This company looks out for the homeowner and that’s the most important part of any job!

They were unable to make it to the original scheduled appointment so was rescheduled the next day.They were honest and I trusted their judgement on needing to open up the drywall inside. I’m glad I did to prevent further damage because it was a special part. Saw the split opening on the part. Replaced with better part.I also decided to replace another outdoor faucet as a preventative measure. They recommended to get faucet covers for the winter which I didn’t know existed.I would recommend S&B plumbing and would use them again.
