Robert Thomas my assigned faucet installer was courteous and timely. He educated me on process before installation. He made sure everything fit properly and made sure there were no leaks and that I was happy with install and cleaned everything before leaving. He did a beautiful job and I am so pleased.

Great service. Perez the person who came to install the toilet did a great job and he also explained the difference between the bowl sizes for my bathroom area. He was quick on installation and took the old toilet away with him. I would highly recommend this company.

This company did such an amazing job assisting us. I called to get a quote for our ancient gas water heater that finally went out. I spoke with Victoria who was very knowledgable. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I had mentioned that we had a few plumbers coming to give us a quote for the service. She recommended that I still set up an appointment to have someone come out and that they price match. Joe P. was sent out to fix our water heater. He did such an amazing job. He was personable, honest, and worked quickly to get our water heater up and running. I will forever recommend this company. They are very reasonably priced and did such a stellar job.

I had a worry-free replacement of my 19-year old gas water heater through Home Depot. The plumber/technician, Daniel Garcia, was professional and knowledgeable. He listened to the concerns that I had regarding the Rheem model that I chose and reassured me of its quality and longetivity. He worked methodically and cleaned up after the work was done. He left a contact number that I can use if any issues arose but thankfully it all worked out fine.

Crew was on time and professional. Work was excellent and they were helpful when original estimate needed to be modified. Carlos was knowledgeable about building codes and answered all my questions. Will definitely consider them for future plumbing needs.

Richard was outstanding. He was very informative and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Home Depot has done well by hiring a professional like him.

Update: The very kind Cheryl with Same Day Water Heaters called me to tell me they were sending someone out today to install our garbage disposal and sent us a Home Depot gift card as a gesture of good will. Seconds later I got a call from a nice man to tell me hed be here in five minutes. Mixups happen, but how they are handled is whats really important. Its clear that Same Day Water Heaters cares about their customers experience and the service they provide. Thank you for the quick fix, everyone!

Thomas replaced my hot water heater. He explained clearly the additional items I needed to get up to code and the cost associated with them. He was thorough and left the workspace clean when he was done.

Perez Owens was the associate that installed two toilet in my house. He was neat, quick, and very professional. I wish he could train all repairmen.

I had to replace my water heater through Home Depot. Daniel Garcia the installer was awesome. He called and gave me the timeline as to when hed be at my house and actually arrived in the time he said he would. I was very impressed with that! He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to do and went over each item that he would be replacing with the water heater. Once done, his clean up was great! Great job!

My plumber was Jose. He arrived without a phone call letting me know that he was on his way but that was fine. He came and checked my water heater and found out that both water heaters needed to be replaced. He only had one so he started working on draining it then he informed me that he had to go to Home Depot to pick up parts and the other water heater. He came back with the stuff and continued working. When he finished the installation, he explained to me how long it would take for the hot water and answered my questions. Jose was very professional and thorough. Everything was cleaned up as well. Definitely recommend Jose! Excellent service and work ethic!

I used Same Day Water Heaters for a kitchen sink remodel. Daniel came to unhook all the plumbing the day before, he was very nice, on time, answered my questions (had many) and recommended a different brand of garbage disposal. James came the next day after my new sink and counter was installed, on time, extremely polite, kept me updated as it was a task and so helpful. Not a company I would look at for plumbing but now the company I will use for my next plumbing. Both are great along with customer service on the phone.

I’m happy with the prompt, courteous and professional water heater installation which was done by Joe Pettigrew. Joe did an amazing job getting the water heater installed and cleaning up all debris from the old water heater.

Despite giving my new address to the salesman who entered the order in the system, Home Depot gave Jack (the plumber) the wrong address. When Jack realized the problem, he was very patient and promised me over the phone that he will ne on my place to replace the kitchen faucet. He sure showed up late because of the long distance between the two addresses and the heavy traffic. He finished replacing the kitchen faucet in a little over an hour. The entire job went smoothly without any complication. The result was a perfect installation. I’m very satisfied and pleased with Jack’s work. I definitely would recommend this company and Jack to all anyone who needs plumbing work.

The plumber Daniel arrived at our home Saturday evening to install a toilet we purchased from Home Depot. I asked if he needed help, he said no. Mr. Perez Owens came to replace our defective Rheem Water Heater Pilot Light that was under warranty. He is an experienced technician, replaced the Pilot Light in a short time, was courteous and I was very satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend him for any Water Heater issues.

Jacques Franklin, working with Same Day Water Heaters, provided plumbing services as part of the replacement of bathroom countertops and sinks in my home. He was prompt, efficient and did a very professional job. When he performed the disconnect, he told me I might have to replace one or more cutoff valves due to their age. However, when he installed the new faucets and reconnected the water pipes he was able to use the existing valves.If I need plumbing services in the future, I certainly will plan to use him.

Reason for my response is that the Plummer Patrick Mbogela whom came out to reconnect my toilet, didnt complaint about the past employer who had disconnect the toilet and destroyed the parts he needed. Patrick just came with new parts installed the toilet and the trim work In a professional and mannerable way. Hes very knowledgeable about his job and wants to please his customer. I would recommend Patrick should someone needs a plumbing job.

Same Day Water Heaters...When I bought my hot water heater on the same day the operator called immediately to schedule my installment.The installer called 30 minutes before arriving.My installers name is Nick Cortez,Right away Nick took charge of the situation by removing old heater and making sure all the connections were up to code.After the Installation of the new heater, Nick made sure the heater was working properly.Nick also cleaned the area of any debris from the insulation.A week later Nick called and came back to see how the water heater was working.... everything was working great.I highly recommend Same Day Water Heaters. Be sure to ask for Nick Cortez to install your new water heater.

Had a good experience with a toilet install after purchasing the toilet and service from Home Depot. Appointment has to be set by day rather than time, but way cheaper than other vendors. My tech Perez, was friendly and did a great job.Will use them again!

Richard did a great job with explaining the whole process and what I needed to get the job complete. Although a little pricy, the service was exceptional from start to finish. He did not a huge mess behind.

I give Same Day Water Heaters and Plumbing the highest rating for several reasons: 1. Ease of dealing with Henry Strait in setting up the appointment and his willingness to accommodate me; 2. Their price was VERY competitive; 3. The outstanding work by their plumber Stewart Nobbee and his helper. I grew up helping my plumber father and I carried both a union card and journeyman license until I moved on to another career and I attest to the efficiency and quality of Stewarts work.

I had a prompt, communicative and efficient experience with a water heater install. Perez Owens my installer, was polite, knowledgeable, neat and efficient with his work.

Had a small leak at the Condensate Neutralizer unit, contacted SameDay Water Heater. The issue was resolved within 2 days ( next-day assessment, 2nd day to replace the neutralizer unit due to defect). Perez Owens delivered excellent, quick repairs.
