Alex was the best technician I’ve had from any vendor through the home warranty company. After another company worked on it for 6 weeks without fixing it, he showed up on time and diagnosed and repaired the issue immediately. This dude knows what he’s doing and he was a lifesaver! Even showed me exactly what the other company did wrong so that I can try to get a refund from them.

The repair person that has come to my house on both occasions have done excellent work. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. I will recommend his services all the time and every time. Alex Rush was my technician. He is very friendly and patient. He knows what he is doing.

Charles showed up and looked at my problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the cracked piping, cleaned the drain from kitchen sink to the main and tested for blockage. Just a wonderful guys working for a great company

Alex was very professional, courteous, and patient. Alex answered every concern I had, he was very presentable, cleaned his feet before entering my home very, and made sure everything was clean before he left. I will definitely use Service Squad again if needed and refer them to family and friends. Deanna was great in getting the job scheduled, she has such a pleasant personality. Josh did an excellent job and will always ask for him as long as hes with the company. This company, so far, has been on time and does quality work, would not have called back if they had not professional the first time.

What can I say…I live in North Texas and called Service Squad Missouri City area to help my parents (who live in Missouri City ) with a major leak they had. I called after 5. The gentleman that picked up the after hours phone found a serviceman and sent him on his way within 45minutes! Mr Charles Miller was punctual, professional and helped my parents out…all within 1hour. He even helped with drying the carpets, going over the fees thoroughly, etc. If you want professional, timely, dependable service, then call this group of service men. Thank you so much.

Our experience with Alex was excellent. They worked with us at the end of day on Friday afternoon/evening with our Home Warranty service request to unclog our kitchen sink so we didn’t have to wait until after the weekend .. 5+ Stars for sure!

Josh M. was my plumber. He was personable, efficient, and professional. I sincerely appreciated that he quickly made sense of the literal mess left behind by the Home Advisor person. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Alex Rush, my Service Technician was very professional, polite, knowledgeable & great personality! He diagnosed & repaired the issue with my clogged up garbage disposal in record time. He took out the items from under my sink & put them back when he finished!

Highly recommend. I had a water leak in the middle of the night and they answered my call. They are very friendly and trustworthy. The work they did had my house looking like nothing ever happened in just a few days. You can’t go wrong here!

Shoney came late at night to access the situation and sent his plumber Charlie the next day to fix a burst pipe. We had been without water for 3 days. They were both very professional and responsive. We were so lucky to find them during the Artic Freeze Debacle. We will use them in the future and highly recommend them.

The sink was clogged. Turned out it was build up from Aircon condensation. Replaced existing glued pipes with pea trap so this does not happen again
