The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Everyone at Shamrock was so great. We had a plumbing emergency, had called several plumbers with no luck, and the woman who helped me over the phone was incredibly kind, helpful, and got someone out to us in 45 minutes. Ashton was knowledgable, professional, kind, and fixed our plumbing problem quickly. He also told us how to fix the tile, grout, and wood that had gotten wet from the leak. I could not have asked for better results or people and they saved our butts. We will definitely be using Shamrock again!

Weve had significant low pressure problems for months after a rock strike from TWC water supply, pulling rocks out of angle stops and washer screens and all that fun. Finally got a pressure gauge and put it on the front of the house, 33psi. Called Shamrock to investigate - I thought I had a leak at my shutoff valve and started digging, but no, just some idiot (me) left the hose dripping overnight. Henry arrived a bit early, and I started explaining the symptoms. He diagnosed and replaced the PRV (with a much better unit than what we had) and rebuilt the connection from the meter through the shutoff valve to the PRV, cleaning up the alignment of the boxes. He had all the parts on the truck and way better tools than I have. A bit more than an hour later, pressure into the house was twice what we had and some obstructions are moving. A bit more work to do with a shower and a back hose bib, but pressure solved issues in the kitchen, bathroom sinks, and icemaker line. It really helped to have another experienced set of eyes on this problem and stronger hands to make modifications so quickly. Thanks Henry and Shamrock for the help on this!

This was the second time we have used Shamrock Plumbing. Super nice folks, reasonable price both times and not only did they fix the problem but found a 2nd tiny leak and repaired it before it became a big leak. Love that.

Ashton and his helper came promptly to my ranch, dressed appropriately, driving a clean company van, to consider my 5000 sqft home for a tankless water heating conversion project. They were friendly, competent, respectful of property, and seemed very trustworthy young men. The fee for a bid seems reasonable given the selfish nature of most homeowners wanting to use a contractors time without intention of hiring them. I think its an indicator of the quality of Shamrock Plumbing and the volume of business they must be doing to become so confident. Love it!

On the evening of 11/20/24, our water heater went out and had to be replaced. We called Shamrock Plumbing the next morning.They immediately came out and gave us estimates for a 50 gallon and a tankless water heater. We decided on the tankless. They returned that afternoon to install our new system, so that we wouldnt have to go any longer without hot water. We appreicate their prompt and professional service. I highly recommend Shamrock Plumbing. We have used them in the past for other plumbing problems. They have always done a great job.

Called Shamrock at 10am on a Monday and they were able to schedule me for an afternoon appt. Henry called at 11 saying he was available to come at 11:30. Henry and one other gentlemen showed up at 11:30 and had the problem with my tankless hot water heater diagnosed within 10 minutes and repaired in the next 20 minutes. Shamrock is a certified Rinnai maintenance/repair company. Will use Shamrock for all my plumbing needs from now on!

They were great it helped me get ready for a possible freeze the pool people put in a snap connection to the auto fill that was leaking from the PFC connection. It now has a permanent fix that will work so much better. Thank you for the fix. It meant the world to me.

Henry and Ashton came out twice within three days to clean, check, and repair our two units. (The second time was to replace the entire air vent on one unit as they found it to be full of mud dauber nests). They were exceptionally competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. This morning I called Shamrock plumbing about my regulator for the outdoor propane fireplace had gone out. About 3pm today, Henry and Ashton showed up and in a half hour they had it flaming and tested for leaks. They gave me the price and I told them that was $70 less than the estimate I had thought it would be. These are excellent, polite and friendly plumbers.

Excellent service. Needed fill valve replaced on 2 commones. They came out next day and installed. Plumbers were friendly,courteous,and efficient. They even removed their shoes when walking thru house.

We needed to have our leaking backflow preventer replaced and a shutoff valve added. I had always heard that Shamrock plumbing was good to do business with, so called them and a couple of other businesses to get a quote. Shamrock ended up having the most reasonable price (over $600 under the quote of one business 😳). Their good reputation and affordable cost won our business. Dixie was very helpful with information and getting us scheduled. Lloyd got there within the scheduled window, finished the job within an hour, and answered my questions about maintaining the backflow preventer during hard freezes. Im glad I found Shamrock Plumbing Company in Spring Branch / San Antonio, Tx to replace and install my hot water heater! Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and took more than enough time to answer all of my questions (Im a first time home owner). Instead of selling me, the first thing they had me do was give them my hot water heaters serial number so they could look up my water heater and see if it was still under warranty - and it was! That saved me $400 or $500+ right from the beginning. 2 other very highly 4.5+ star companies in San Antonio told me it had to be replaced and never even mentioned the warranty. Shamrock Plumbing Company is a family owned company and they go above and beyond to provide excellent service their customers. Called this morning because of our failed attempt to install laundry room sink that ended up flooding the laundry room. They came out within 1 hour of the call, quickly identified the issue, and got us up and running quickly. Cant say enough how impressed I was with their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty. Shamrock Plumbing is outstanding, in particular one of their senior technicians, Lloyd. Our house was built in 2018 and we specified a tankless water heater with a recirculating loop. The Rinnai tankless water heater was great; the company that installed it never got the recirculating loop to work. They were utterly clueless, and despite the five visits focused on this problem...no solution. We asked Shamrock to flush the water heater due to the hard water in our area, and during that visit were advised that the plumbing for the recirculating loop was wrong and could never have worked, and the company that installed it (Casa Mechanical) was not Rinnai certified. So...a follow-up visit from Lloyd with Shamrock and...its fixed. Its working. It takes 25 seconds to get full hot water to our showers (the furthest point in the house from the water heater)---compared to the seven minutes it took previously (3-1/2 minutes if we ran both showers at the same time). My showers take less time than it previously took to get hot water! I was initially worried about gas consumption (and Im measuring it over time), but Im beginning to think we are using LESS gas and LESS water than we did before!Outstanding service from Shamrock Plumbing, we HIGHLY recommend them!

Sadly on the return visit they did not have the necessary tools to complete the repair. They did find the leak in a timely fashion. I do feel like I shouldnt have to wait an additional 2 weeks or more for them to get me back on the schedule since this will now be the third service call to fix all of the initially reported issues. I believe they do quality work but would like to see more equitable scheduling.UPDATE 3/30/2021On their 3rd visit they finalized the repair on the outside faucet. The work was professional BUT again they arrived without all of the necessary parts to finish the work. The requisite parts were delivered onsite by one of their other employees without wasting too much time. I do have an issue with their markup on parts. $17.65 for a 1/2 inch hose bib seems excessive. I understand the value in having parts available on the truck but I believe the markup is excessive. I will use them for what appear to be complex or difficult repairs in the future but will rely on my long time one man plumber operation for the mundane.

I had a serious clog in my Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. We weren’t sure what the problem was. I called our daughter, who works with Realtors who are Property Managers. She had a few names but Shamrock Plumbing was first on her list. I called them and had lots of questions and Laura, the owner called me back.I didn’t need to replace anything but I thought it would be a good idea to update my 20 years old Bidet toilet and go with a newer Comfort Height toilet with a Bidet seat on top as long as the plumbers were here.Laura helped me with measurements and then even suggested that I buy the one I was looking at because it was a very good brand and the price that her supplier could give her would actually be higher.The plumbers are very professional and nice. They explained what they were doing and solved the problem quicker than expected.We were also very pleased with the price !We have been married for 46 years and we have been in this house for 20 years. I can honestly say that this company is by far the Best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with.

Shamrock Plumbing is a first-rate company. We needed various jobs accomplished and they did excellent work on each. Service was professional and courteous. The builder of the house did not provide any hose bibs at the front of the house and one hose bib at the rear of the house was almost six feet from the ground. We also have a Navien water heater that didnt deliver hot water throughout the house. The builder also installed a bathtub designed for a shower enclosure as a standalone tub. The work was sloppy and prone to leaks. Pat came out to review the work, provided options for each of the jobs, and put us on the schedule. The team (Lloyd and Alan) arrived on time and fully prepared to begin work. Alan moved the hose bib down to a reasonable height and Lloyd and Alan installed a new hose bib at the front of the house. Lloyd reached out to Navien and made corrections that have greatly improved hot water flow. Both plumbers removed the old tub and put in a new tub with minimal damage.I would highly recommend Shamrock to anyone!

After struggling to get other companies to respond to our urgent calls, a friend highly recommended Shamrock. We got a prompt response, and the two young men, Lloyd and Ismael, worked hard and efficiently to resolve the problem. It was a challenging issue, and they knew exactly what needed to be done. We commend all of the staff as well as the plumbers, who handled a difficult job very good-naturedly. We are very pleased with the efficiency, integrity, and affordability of Shamrock Plumbing. LLoyd did an excellent job of troubleshooting the problem at our neighbors house. There is an underground leak between the meter and the house that does not show any visible signs of leaking. In all probability the leak is under the driveway or garage slab. While he did not have the proper equipment to locate the leak, he spent time looking for alternatives and ultimately found a way to use the water well to supply water to the house in a way that bypassed the leak and allowed the metered water to the house to be shut off. Rather than leaving when it was evident he did not have the right equipment, he spent time looking for a way to help -- effort that was not required but much appreciated!
