Great, friendly service, very happy with Shaw plumbing!Turned the sprinkler system on and found out that the light freeze we had was enough to bust out the vacuum breaker.They came out right away and replaced the V breaker and fixed the piping so i can unhook that section and bring it inside for the next freeze. :)I will remember them the next time i need a plumber.Thanks guys!

Great experience from start to finish! Doug reached out shortly after I submitted my request for water heater replacement and was able to provide me a quote over the phone. He was very polite and professional. I followed up with him after receiving quotes from various companies and we scheduled for a couple days later. Price wise, Shaw plumbing was competitive with others. I decided to go with Shaw because of the initial impression Doug left when we spoke on the phone. That impression followed through completion of the work. Doug was responsive and thorough in communicating leading up to install. Once on site, he and his colleague were equally as pleasant, they were personable and efficient in completing the install. They even vacuumed and cleaned up the area once they finished. Great experience and I highly recommend! I will definitely work with Shaw plumbing for future needs.

Doug was very easy to work with. I really valued his honesty, when I spoke with him about repairs to my water heater. He would not do any repairs because it would only remedy the issue for a short period of time. I purchased a new water heater and Im glad I did. Thanks Doug!

We were lucky enough to find Shaw Plumbing Co. through a coworker who recommended.....and boy are we glad we did! We had a service line break underneath the driveway and were completely without water. Within an hour after I called the owner Doug arrived and had a plan to get us up and running quickly. Best of all the price was extremely affordable especially since this was an unexpected expense and unsure if my insurance will cover this. The crew were prompt, professional, and did great work, even replacing the dug up sod for minimal landscape disruption. Hopefully we wont have any more future plumbing surprises but glad if so I will have an honest, great plumber to call......Highly recommend!!!!

Being a perfectionist I was skeptical about remodeling the bathrooms in my house. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We had these guys install some new water heaters. Surprisingly, they were actually much less expensive than anyone else. They also made sure to be very careful in our home to not damage anything or even get anything dirty. These are definitely the guys that you want to call for your plumbing needs. Shaw and his team did an excellent job replacing my water heater in the attic. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, from obtaining a quote to scheduling the installation and carrying it out. Their pricing was also competitive. I wouldnt hesitate to contact them for any future water heater issues!

Shaw plumbing is a must for whoever needs a plumber. I had an emergency leak during the 2021 Freeze, and Douglas and his team showed when no one else did. They took care of my leak with a very reasonable price. In addition, my house caught on fire in 2022 and given my great experience with Shaw plumbing, I requested my contractor to include them in the plumbing bid. Sure enough, their price was very competitive, and they redid my entire house in one day when everyone else was estimating 3 to 4 days. I would rate them 10 out of 5 if it was possible.

Fantastic company, professional AND personable. Doug installed my water heater after my old one started leaking in the garage. Called him in the afternoon and he was here next morning with a new heater to install it himself. I just called him again to clear up the drain pipe for my AC and got taken care of me really quick. And they wont overcharge you. I wish you a lot of success because we need more companies that operate professionally, with honesty and integrity. Thank you guys.

Great job, great value and very accomodating! Shaw plumbing did a complete repipe of my house in a day. They also installed two sinks, a water heater and ate in the process of upgrading old tub faucet valve to Mohen. My house is old and unexpected issues arose, but Mr Shaw was quick with problem resolutions. I highly recommend Shaw plumbing!

These guys are great. They take pride in their work and really know what theyre doing. If you want something fixed the right way, these are the plumbers you want. Their pricing is very fair too. Im sure you can find cheaper, but you get what you pay for. They wont price gouge you like some of the big companies will.

I woke up one morning and water was everywhere outside my house someone had ran over and broke the entire water cut off valve found in my yard, I quickly called Shaw Plumbing Co., Mr. Douglas Shaw himself rushed over to dig up the internals of the pipe fixed it all within 30 to 45 minutes and even saved the integrity of my grass that he dug up and placed it back perfectly You couldnt even tell it was tampered with Ive used this company numerous times and Ive given this number to numerous of my own clients I wish this rating could be 10 star he would get every last one Great company great guy with great employees and integrity Hes the man to call....
