We had a problem with a clogged toilet and south texas piping was sent out from our home warranty to fix the problem. I have to say the tech that was sent out Steven really went above and beyond my expectations!! There was miscommunication between the warranty and South Texas piping and I was a bit reluctant to have them come back out for a second time but because of Steven and only because of Stevens honesty and professionalism was why we were ok with it!!! I called several 24 hr services, however no one answered or responded to my urgent voice mails which was very disappointing. The next morning, I searched for plumbing services in my zipcode and found South Texas Piping who answered the phone immediately.. There was no waiting or automated system to defer my call but a live person who promptly scheduled my appointment. My Technician, Keith was professional and courteous. He explained the job in detail and provided a quote that was lower than other bids. I quickly authorized my work order with them.. The scooe of work included an analysis estimate, dismantling and hauling off of old heater and installation of the new one. After the job was completed, my technician also cleaned up afterwards. The company van contained their logo and decal as well as my technician uniform shirt. Steven is the man of the hour! He was friendly and went out of his way to help me with Kohler’s warranty. I had an issue with a Kohler Eir toilet and he not only fixed it, he re-plumbed it so it was installed correctly. Previously, I had exposed pex which was an eye sore, now the exposed plumb line is hidden, like it was supposed to be.One thing is being friendly but to actually know what you’re doing is another and he knows what he is doing. Amazing customer service! Our Rheem water heater went out and they went above and beyond to help us out. Although he had to reschedule, he came early the next day and gave us nice vibes and was helpful in showing us what he needed to do to get our water heater back up to code so he can work on it. He even gave us advise on what we needed to do and buy to patch up the gap in the roof so rainwater will not leak into the roof on to the water heater. We will definitely use his expertise again. Well our pilot light wasn’t staying lit. The technician got here right on time at 9:00 am. Come to find out, it was just the safety switch we had to press to get the flame going. I didn’t even know there was a safety switch. We have been taking cold showers for 5 days. Lol the technician said the storm we had last week most likely caused it to trip the water heater. I contacted South Texas Piping LLC for changing all emergency shut valves, replacing bathtub spout and all sink faucets. Keith’s response and quick scheduling for the project is amazing. My water heater had service valve and inlet installed upside down (by builder). Carter fixed it for me and left it better than before. I barely had space to turn off recycle valve but now I have plenty of room to turn knobs off. He sat on phone with Navien and negotiated for them to send me a new pump that was covered by warranty. Very happy with service!

I had called my home warranty company to report water pouring out the bottom of my garbage disposal and they dispatched this company. Thinking of how late it already was, I didnt think I would hear back from him until the next day but he called me back later in the evening and set up our appointment for the next morning. He had our disposal replaced in no time and even waited for me to call home warranty again to add the drain clog to the work order. Somehow, I had missed this when making the initial call. Was very friendly and professional and thorough.I would definitely love it if my home warranty would stick with this company for any future plumbing calls I may have in the future!

Keith Carter is a very knowledgeable plumber. He was able to determine if there was an actual unseen leakage behind the walls just by listening to my video. He was very diligent when fixing the leakage in the shower. The parts that needed to be replaced was old, outdated and hard to find but he made it happen by searching all over for it. my repair required more than one visit to get it done I was still charged a fair price and I haven’t had any more problems with the shower.

After nearly six weeks of my shower not working because of excessively low water pressure AND being made worse by another plumber, Keith Carter made my day when he corrected everything the previous guy had done wrong--and he even made the pressure and the hot-water temperature better than they have been for the entire 10 years Ive lived in this house. I am nothing short of amazed, on top of being so grateful. Keith is a professional expert who takes great pride in his work AND pays much respect to his customers property. He left everything spotless, showed up in his company vehicle, wearing a company shirt that stayed tucked in (imagine!), and is one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. He said these reviews are his report card and I give him an A-plus!

Keith repaired a frozen and burst pipe in my house during the February winter storm. A friend gave me his phone number early in the morning and he came the same day I contacted him. He did it all in cold weather, after dark and with no power in my house. The whole time he kept a great friendly attitude. No only is he a skilled plumber but he is a genuinely nice, kind and humble gentleman.

Keith was professional and courteous. Not only did he clear my main drain, he checked it with a camera to insure the blockage was cleared. In addition, he checked my main drain in the back yard with his camera at no extra charge. He definitely went the extra mile and I am convinced he will for you too!

I had a water supply line leak from outside to the shut off valve at the house. I first called two closer companies that gave me an ETA of five days or more.Then called S-T-P and Kieth answered and came the same day with estimates that we agreed upon and dug the hole and made the repairs. I don’t thank I had ever met a service provider that gave me more confidence in hiring than he. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.
