Im really happy with my new tankless water heater. This company focuses on just water heaters so I feel assured that they got the installation to the tee. They install to code (upon request w/ fee for the city inspectors) which was very important to me, BBB A+ accredited, installed a dedicated electrical outlet, and vent in roof(sealed) and attic , appointment installation is within 1 day or same day, cleaned up after installation and great pricing. I had a 40gallon water tank that just quit on me and opted to switch to a tankless water heater. They also have interest free financing for 18 months. Friendly installers, thanks Jose and company. Additionally, I have noticed that when they emptied my old water tank, they emptied it outside my house, not in my tub which my other plumbers did before. It will clog your pipes with the sediment if we do that. This alone made me aware that they are trustworthy and reliable and not cutting corners for their own convenience. This set them apart from others. I highly recommend this company above others. I will have hot water tonight. 5 stars all around. Thank you.

This company is highly rated for good reason! The owner, Joe, was easy to reach, very straight forward and honest, and gave me a no non-sense quote over the phone that was hard to beat...I know because I shopped around for quotes. He was ready to get me squared away immediately, even if I seemed indecisive, he laid my worries to rest by promising to give me exactly what I want. I know my 40-gallon water heater was on its last legs and I did my research on condensing and non-condensing tankless water heaters along with their pros and cons. Our garage is pretty packed and I felt there was no way they can easily add a drain line for the condensing model. Also, I felt that the non-condensing unit would be the best option for me even knowing that it is slightly less efficient but still much more efficient than the old tank style water heaters; non-condensing doesnt require the drain line, however, involves a larger hole being cut in the ceiling for the concentric venting. Anyways, his team of Jose and Brandon showed up and they reviewed the area and said they could do whatever system I wanted but highly recommended the condensing unit to give me the best flow rate and operational savings. I agreed and they got right to work immediately. They quickly drained and removed the old tank, ran a drain line, and installed the branded condensing unit I wanted...which was the latest Rinnai unit that they said I was only 1 in just a handful that had them in the area because they released just a few months ago. There was one hiccup after install where the flame wouldnt light but it was due to a technology setup issue...the crew apologized and promised to come back the next day to make it right but Joe not even an hour later called me and apologized again and was determined to get it up and running and asked if he could come by personally to try and resolve the issue which he did. Everyone at Texans Water Heaters were punctual, nice, courteous, professional and completed the installation neatly all the while answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend and be glad to work with them again if the need arises. The price quoted was exactly what was due and paid with no additional surprise fees. Amazing install! Everyone at the company were extremely professional. The two gentlemen who did the install arrived on time and were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The took great care to protect my hardwood floors. The install only took two hours and the work looks fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone looking to replace their water heaters to use Texans Water Heaters!

Made the call and less than 24 hours later, I had a new tank and hot water. The owner Joe was very courteous and professional on the phone, explaining everything that need to be done. Unlike other companies, he immediately gave me an estimate and that estimate didnt change after the work. Joe and his helper were very courteous, did the install very clean and didnt cut any corners, as I watched every step. If you are in need of a new water heater, either tank or tank less, Texans Water Heater is definitely your go to. I promise you will not regret the call or the bill.

Cant say enough good about this company. I had 2 water heaters replaced yesterday due to age (10 years old). If you have water heaters in the attic like we do (dumb idea by the way) I dont mess around with that. Even with a reverse osmosis whole house water filter and me cleaning them religiously I still dont mess around with potential damage from a failed water heater. These guys are flat out honest with integrity (rare these days). They have a system / process in place and they specialize in water heaters and nothing else (very much an added bonus). I will for sure be spreading the word in my area about these guys.

Jose and Carlos installed my new Rinnai RXP199iN Tankless Water Heater. They were very professional. friendly and answered all my questions. I think anyone who can answer all my questions without rolling their eyes has to be pretty good. Texans Water Heaters were great from my first phone call. They kept to schedule, did what they promised, and cleaned up after they had finished. They even made a special trip back to my house two days after the installation to show me how to adjust the temperature. Joe the owner and Priscilla in the office were very patient and answered even more of my questions. Thanks to your entire team for doing such a good job.

Outstanding service and unbeatable prices!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I received a number of quotes from different companies to replace our old gas water heater and this company just stood out and won our business wholeheartedly. First, I was able to get a straightforward quote on the phone within minutes. Jose and Carlos were our technicians and were punctual, respectful, honest and had a work ethic you don’t come across often these days. After inspecting our existing unit and attic space they offered us 3 different options and clearly explained pros/cons. They were competent, efficient and were able to install the unit we wanted on the same day. The only thing Texans Heaters can “improve” on is offer more plumbing services!! Had issues with my 10+ year old water heater. Was not getting any hot water... It was Saturday morning and Joe responded to my call right away.Joe and a his crew came by within an hour! They were mindful of social distance (masks, shoe covers).He was able to replace the water heater in a very quick yet professional manner. Left the work area cleaned. Pretty impressive customer service!!!The job was done just great... I highly recommend it... Absolutely 5 stars from me!!!

I called Texas Water Heaters to replace my 13 year old 50G water heater. Their response was very quick before and after the installation. Eli and Brandon from Texas water heater came on time same day within 3 hour i agreed to purchase the water heater from them. Quality of water heater is very good and the installation was perfect. I am an engineer too. No fault or concerns in their installation. They were very careful while moving the items around. I am 100% satisfied with their service. I called other people around before I decided to go with Texas water heater company. But most of them were not able to directly come to the pricing and quicker installation agreement. Texas water heater company is great on their service. My wife is happy with how fast the problem is resolved and i am happy because the installation and the dealing was perfect. This company is highly rated, so I called. A minute later I had an excellent quote to replace our water heater. I wanted a Tuesday install. Ely and Brandon did an amazing job at upgrading my 2 water heaters in the attic. I had an emergency situation with my hot water tank. The technician came out and determined that the tank had a leak. The water heater tank was replaced in less than two hours. The technician was very professional and he cleaned out all the debris from the insulation.

These guys could not have been better.I called them Monday morning to replace my 13 yr old hot water heater and by lunch i had hot water again.The two guys that came out called me first w info when they would arrive. They were fast, professional and friendly.They introduced themselves and went straight to work, starting with covering- the floor under the attic access where the HW heater is located in my Heights home. These guys are awesome. Quote over the phone (honored and same as final price paid). Came in a few hundred under from an independent plumber and a few thousand below Nicks plumbing. Came out within an hour of notifying them and replaced two water heaters in the attic in less than two hours. Made sure everything was picked up and safely transported. Jose and Carlos did an outstanding job removing our old water heater and replacing it with a new Rheem gas unit. They were professional and courteous and did a great clean up. I sent an email late last night accepting their quote and asked for the soonest appointment available. We had Texans Water Heaters replacing our 2 old water heater tanks with a tankless Navien NPE 240A-2 system on Feb 6th, and they definitely earned a well-deserved 5 stars from us! My water heater started leaking after the Texas freeze and I submitted several price quote requests to various companies on a Saturday. Not only was Texans Water Heaters the only company to reply, Joe Navarro did so several hours after submitting an online form on their website. Joe Navarro and his employee were prompt the day of installation and extremely professional. They ensured to use shoe covers and mats to avoid dirtying the floor. Although the attic in my house is small and tough to deal with, they completed the job within a couple of hours,. If you’re looking for a company who performs excellent work and maintains a high level of professionalism, then I strongly recommend Texas Water Heaters.

Texans WH installed a new water heater just before the 2021 freeze, literally the day before. Joe provided a fair price on short notice and the installation went smoothly. Joe and his team are very professional and take care with everything, leaving work area as clean (or cleaner) than they found it.I have had unfortunate repeated failures of the gas valve/igniter on the Rheem tank unit, and Joes does what it takes to assure customer satisfaction. Those issue are not the fault of Joe’s work, but he stands behind the equipment sold. I highly recommend Texans Water Heaters whether you are replacing a typical tank system or converting a tank system to new tankless systems.

I Worked with Joe from Texans water heaters and they installed a new Rheem 40k Gal 40 btu water heater in my garage. I shopped around and after getting five quotes Texanss price was the best alongside their competitive warranty. Joe and crew came the same day and installed the water heater, handed over the company paperwork and manufacturers warranty packet. I am please with the price, warranty, technical help and promptness. They were good guys and did a quality job. The rest is up the the equipment to last!

This is who to call for a water heater. They are able to do a great job for less, because they specialize, and keep stock. It only took about 3 hours from the time I contacted them till the job was complete. They even made a sediment trap for the gas line. An important detail most installers will skip. A+
