Chris’ communication and installation were phenomenal! He gave me plenty of notice about his arrival time and showed up exactly when he said he would. The installation itself was speedy and flawless. At the end he took the time to walk me through all the new dishwasher’s individual features and necessary maintenance. It was outstanding service from beginning to end!

Texas Home Pros has a wonderful installer by the name of David. David was professional and polite. This gentleman did this job fantastic. I would recommend this company and this installer every time.

Ordered new appliances from Costco. Texas Home Pros was responsible for the dishwasher and microwave install. The gentleman that came was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. I even told him about a problem I was having with my dishwasher previously and he knew exactly how to keep that from happening again. He cleaned up after himself and ran the dishwasher to make sure it was all draining properly. Great experience.

Alex was wonderful! Not only did he call to make sure he could arrive early for our installation but he was also very efficient and professional. Very knowledgeable, as well communication throughout. He installed our new dishwasher (which we purchased through Costco) with precision and ease. Technician David was superb. He has 27 years experience installing dishwashers, and it showed. He ispected and tested things in advance when possible. When my old direct electrical line needed to be converted to an outlet, he did the job and did it well. When another problem was found, David repaired it masterfully. He used levelers to precisely align the dishwasher both vertically and horizontally. He clearly taught me how the dishwasher worked, and he cleaned everything up well. I rate him 5*s.Scheduling could have been more user friendly. I had to leave available 7am-7pm for the day of the installation until late the afternoon before the installation, when I was offered and accepted a 3-hour time slot from 11 am - 2 pm. I was told the installer would call me 30 minutes before arrival. David called at 10:00 am and said he could be there in 20 minutes. Done. The ability to schedule the three hour time slot much further in advance would have been appreciated. That aspect of the scheduling may be controlled by a national company, not Texas Home Pros. Everyone was consistently kind.

Chris did a great job of installing my new dishwasher. He pointed out a faulty pipe issue that we are going to have fixed to avoid it bursting. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Great job, Chris - thank you!

I bought this dishwasher through Costco, at a very reasonable price, but what really surprised me was the delivery and installation service. The technician Chris called me in advance, removed and hauled away the old dishwasher, installed the new one, tested it, explained me the operation of the new dishwasher and cleaned the area, all in less than an hour. Texas Home Pros a third party installed our dishwasher from Costco. It took 3 trips due to issues with our granite counter. Chris did a great job on the 3rd visit and had to do a little more granite work to make it work out better. All was done at no additional charge. He was prompt and professional.

Texas Home Pros work went above and beyond our expectations. They installed a new dishwasher and removed our old one. They tied up the hose line and the cord to our garbage disposal, giving us better storage access under the sink. David ensured the dishwasher was level, and the job passed our inspection. He then went through a full and detailed description of how the new unit works. We would work with Texas Home Pros again!

We bought a dishwasher from Costco and they hired Texas Home Pros to come and install it. Want to thank both David and Will for their help.Email and text were received the night before letting me know about my window. 30 mins before i got a call. Technician was David and he had very informative on the call including letting me know he has not been sick or had a fever in the past few days which I appreciated.Once he got to the home he was quick and very thorough and wiped any water away.Had a plumbing valve issue but David was very good at explaining it to me and how it was out of the companies realm to fix that and i Need to hire a plumber and he was also very diligent in letting Costco know about the issues as well before even leaving the site. If Made sure everything was done and even cleaned up everything. Oh ya and the whole time my 5 years old and wanted to watch and David didnt mind letting him watch and was very friendly and made my son laugh.So then I had to get the dishwasher exchanged and Will Washington was my technician and he was great too. Very knowledgeable and cautious of not scratching anything. He also explained how to use the dishwasher to me very thoroughly.He made sure everything was running before leaving. He took the non working one and installed the new one so fast and efficiently.Great job and appreciated it.

Ordered a dishwasher from Costco. Brian did the delivery and install at the same time. The date this happened was the date Costco stated for delivery. Brian did an excellent job and even took time to show the features of the unit and run a quick test cycle.

The company installed my new dishwasher from Costco as part of the warehouse purchase price, so they contract with Costco. That was reassuring because Costco has high standards. Total cost was $80 -$100 cheaper than the same unit delivered and installed by other stores. EXCELLENT communication about time of arrival, with a really narrow window of when they would be here. Installation was very good, but I will need to do a bit of cosmetic work to cover molding removal on one side. Overall, I was very pleased and would use them again for an installation.

Amazing experience with Texas Home Pros. They helped me hook up a washer and dryer. They unhooked it from one residence and brought it to another. Really professional all the way through. Very courteous. Kept me informed of my appointment time and ETA. Not only did they have all the tools necessary to finish the job, they fixed a problem with the dryer’s electric wire once we got to the final destination. These guys are really professional and they’re all about getting the job done right. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and thinking of customer interests first. My old dishwasher was installed poorly so that the water was back flowed and never drained 100%. David overcomes the barrier between the dishwasher and the water port in my kitchen and making sure water draining completely by pulling the tube above out under the sink.Very satisfied with his excellent work.

How refreshing! Had Chris as my technician for an over-the-range with external vent microwave installation I purchased through Costco. I was given a 3 hour appointment window from 12 - 3. He called at 11:45. Said hed be there in 20 minutes. He was extremely efficient. The entire appointment took 30 minutes and that included removing the old unit, installing the new unit, packing everything out for removal. Havent had a home service go this smoothly in a long, long time!

Removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one, left no mess and showed me how the new one worked in about an hour. I was not familiar with this business before Costco contracted for this job, but I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a new dishwasher at Lowes and was fortunate that I purchased the installation package. The company was able to call me to set up installation date. Will Washington was the installation tech, he called me on installation date and kept me updated until he showed up at my home. He was very professional and explained everything he was to do. He went about getting the installation done even being face with the potential that I didnt have the required height to fit the new dishwasher. He found a way to get the installation done and product tested. I was very impressed with his work and would recommend this company and Will for all your installation work.

Texas Home Pros received our purchase from Best Buy, double ovens. They arrived on time and, within a very short time, removed our old ovens and installed the new ones. They did an excellent job, and I would use them again.

Chris came to install a dishwasher ordered through Costco. He called ahead to coordinate, arrived on time, took out the old dishwasher, installed the new one, and hauled away the old one. That was already a job well done, but he also showed me the functions on my dishwasher, gave me some tips to keep it running smoothly, and helped the delivery guys uninstall my stove so I would not need to hire someone else to install the new stove. Chris definitely went above and beyond.

Bought a new dishwasher from Lowes. I had to wait a week, but the installer pulled out the old dishwasher and installed the new one in an hour. I was impressed with his speed and knowledge. This guy had a LOT of experience. IMPORTANT NOTE: I initially bought a dishwasher from Home Depot. The installer they sent out (NOT Texas Home Pros!) refused to install it because my 60-year-old house uses wire nuts and the didnt like the pipes. What a bunch of prima donnas. Go with Texas Home Pros--they know their stuff!

The guys who installed our double oven could not have done a better job. Called ahead when they were on there way and got to work. When he read the install specs on the new unit it showed the cutout dimension of the height of my old unit was too small and would need to cut about 3/4. He wanted to make sure before he cut and I glad he did. He got the new unit and tried it and it fit.Its nice to have his experience not to always trust what the instructions say and trust himself before making a mistake. The written dimensions were wrong.Great job!!!

Chris came to install a dishwasher for my family. Better quality and service than literally every other time Ive had a dishwasher installed. he was incredibly polite, careful, respectful, and did a fantastic job installing our dishwasher. The whole process took about 40 minutes (he was fast, took the time to setup the dishwasher outside and then brought it in). When the backflow was spewing water, Chris took the time to take it apart, show us what was going on with our food disposal hose, and even fixed the issue for us.I appreciate him taking the time to teach us what was going on as well as teach us about our unit. Very knowledgeable and will be reaching out to him again for future repairs and installations!
