Martin Lantz and his team did excellent work replacing our horrible 26-year-old bathtub, and at a reasonable price! Martin was patient when I asked a million questions, and and when I took forever to decide what I wanted. In the end, he got the job done quickly and perfectly. The shower will be next!

Really great service from Martin from Texas James Plumbing! He came in and promised he would have my water back running by the end of the day and stayed late on a Saturday night to do it! He communicated throughout the day and explained everything to me. He even adjusted my water heater as a courtesy. The price seemed fair and was lower than another quote I got. Had a pipe Burst during the 2025 freeze, Texas and his team were able to come out and assess the issue on a drop of a dime. We had our gas services shut off due to corrosion on the lines out side the house. After frantically calling every plumber I could find I was finally lucky enough to get Martin and Nash from Texas James Plumbing on the phone and out to the house that very same day. They were able to fix everything, in freezing temperatures I might add, help us with the city inspection and even with the CenterPoint appointment to get the gas back on. After a night of huddling around our space heater we can not thank Martin and Nash enough for their timely manner, professionalism, impeccable work and over all friendliness. We will 100% be recommending them to anyone we know in the future for any plumbing needs.

Wednesday evening we had a pipe spring a leak that went to an outside water spigot it happen after the freeze and snow but unfortunately we had no water. We have a warranty company for things like that but of course we didnt have that part covered. Im not sure how my mom got to Texas james plumbing but the guy that came out Mr. Martin Lance was a life saver he helped fix the pipe by putting a cap on the pipe until I can have a water spigot outside again. Mr Martin really is awesome I didnt have the $800 to fix that, we did try a finance option but I wasnt approved. Mr Martin made a few phone calls and was able to cap it off because of him we had water Thursday night. Please dont hesitate to give these guys a call. Much appreciated Mr Martin

Called office at 0900, came out at 1000, talked options on out of stock toilet parts, and completed job by driving from NW Houston with correct part by evening. Fair and very reputable plumber. Very rare these days. Bonus was me not touching nasty wax seals! Great team.

Responded within 15 minutes to a nighttime callout for a leak. Plumber found the root cause of the problem and explained the solution clearly before going to work. Pricing was reasonable and work was done exactly as described. Could not ask for more!

Anthony came at midnight to repair a broken washing machine valve. Was quick, professional and friendly (especially for midnight).

These guys did a great job, and very professional. We have a special needs son, that has an (irrational) fear of plumbers, in the past it’s been horrible any time we would have to call a plumber, not this time, Tony & Nash may be his new best friends, and when it came time for them to go, he came and told them “Bye. Plunger (plumber), Anthony. He has been talking about it for the last 20 minutes, asking when he can see them again. As if all that was enough, what they charged was extremely reasonable.

We hired Texas James Plumbing to help prepare our salon for occupancy permitting and the experience was incredibly smooth. Savannah is very personable and helped me with the scheduling of not only the work but the permitting. She was really on top of everything. Jayden was our main plumber of contact and he was very professional and was always on time. He is a very kind soul and took great care of us.

The men that Texas James Plumbing sent out to check the leak at our house were very conscientious and knowledgeable. In addition, they were very respectful, polite and were persistent in repairing the problem. They responded to our call in a very timely manner. I can’t say enough, good things about them.

Tony and his crew came and had to tear down and reconstruct our pipes. It was a two day job and they stayed late both days making sure everything was done right. Saying they did a good job would be an understatement. They did an amazingly fantastic job!!! Everything is flowing perfectly with no leaks.

We discovered a broken main waterline in our front yard when we returned to our home once our power was back on after Hurricane Beryl. Tony arrived promptly with his worker to assess the damage. They worked for hours replacing the full main water line from the curb to the house. He and his crew were polite and thorough. We aappreciate their prompt service and quick repairs. I received a phone call at work from the water company that a massive leak had been detected on our end of the service line and that the water to our home had been cut off until we could have someone come out and make the repairs. In a panic I turned to a friend who recommended this company. I gave them a call and they sent Jayden to come out the same day to fix the issue. He had our water turned on before I returned home from work, and it didn’t break the bank. Everyone I communicated with was friendly and very professional. These guys did a great job for us (Pelican Breakfast and Lunch) once again. We had a Completely clogged drain. They completely cleared the Drain we use for the dishwasher. We would not have opened the next day other wise.Great service and very appreciated.

Such a great experience! All I ask for in a company is to have good communication and integrity. Texas and his Team fulfilled both attributes and more. They were Reasonably priced, very efficient, hard working, and great quality. I had a few small issues, I texted the issue and Jayden showed up about half an hr later to solve the problem. He got it fixed in 15 minute roughly. Also they have a system showing the client when the job is scheduled so you know when they will arrive. I love this feature. If you want a company thats going to treat you well, tell the truth, and offer a amazing service these are the guys. I had a few PEX repipe done, a tankless water heater installed, gas pipes replaced to the right size, all new faucets and fixtures installed, as well as the toilets and dishwasher. All went very smoothly.

We live in a 128 year old house. So things being off is par for the course. They came in to help with a toilet issue and found a problem that could have been catastrophic. They handled it immediately and at a great price. Those guys worked like crazy digging out the problem ceramic pipes and getting us up to code. While they were at it they found a serious active leak that was on the verge of ruining dry wall and wiring and just handled it as a matter of course along the way.So when our upstairs bathroom stopped having hot water, it was a no brainer who to call in. Tex came over right away and had his guys come in on a weekend to get us taken care of. Tony and Jayden were on the original crew and did an incredible job. Fast, quality work and cleaned up after so you’d never know they had been there. I highly recommend them for whatever plumbing issues you have. They are on my speed dial from now on.
