We just recently had our repiping done with The Gallery Plumbing and we are very pleased with the results. The project was completed in 2 days! Byron, the owner, thoroughly explained what is to be expected from start to finish and gave us an affordable price. He was very responsive to questions and phone calls even texts! He went above and beyond the scope of work just to please us and to make sure we are satisfied with the job. Honest men like Byron and Brian are hard to come by in East TX nowadays. They work over time when the society needs them and never complain. They found and repaired multiple water pipe burst and leaks in our attic and charged us a reasonable amount of fee for this work. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services to all in their service area.

Very good with communication and scheduling, even with many delays due to the Winter 2021 freeze. They do not overcharge, and are very professional and friendly. We had burst pipes from freezing in 6 places that needed to be repaired, Byron and (Bryan I think) did a fantastic job and didnt waste any time, given their insane schedule with everyone elses pipes also freezing. They seem to be pretty honest people to me, I would go with them again and would recommend them to others.

Since using Gallery Plumbing they have become my go-to and only plumbing company. Their quality and integrity are top notch. They are the only plumbing company I trust and the only one one I call. They have NEVER let me down and their service is always excellent. And their prices are excellent for the quality of service I receive.

I had a clogged garbage disposal. Byron fixed it in no time. I mentioned that the water pressure in my shower was low. He took a look at it and said that it was an easy fix. He cleaned out the shower head and suggested a soft water pump. He was honest and reasonably priced. I will definitely refer him for your plumbing needs. Thank you Byron!

Above and beyond! I only gave them 5 stars because it wouldn’t let me give them more. During the recent freeze We had multiple leaks. Byron and his team were able to get our water back late on a Sunday night They were very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again and refer them out. Had an amazing experience with gallery plumbing. They were able to unclog the main sewer in my house and were very thorough in making me understand everything they were working on. Winter 2021. Neighbor had frozen outside pipe, and she was unable to contact Byron herself. I texted him, and although 99% of Katy residents had crisis plumbing needs, he checked back when he was able to see what her situation was. Very responsive, pleasant, and apologetic for delay. Didnt use his expertise, as a neighbor was able to fix plumbing problem, but will definitely recommend and use in the future if needed!

Great service and a good honest guy. I had a water leak from a line in the ceiling. Byron came on short notice on the 4th of july to come and fix it. He did a great job and best of all he wasnt in a hurry to try and knock it out he took his time and explained everything. Thanks alot Byron! Wish you the best of luck!

I had a great experience with Gallery Plumbing. They were able to change my water heater from my attic very quickly. It was great customer service and very professional work.

The services quality was excellent and price was reasonable. Positive Aptitude, honest quotes and prompt response. They repaired main sewer lines damaged by tree roots. Replaced with old cap with new float cap. I highly recommend this company.
