I had a kitchen drain and two bathroom faucets that needed repair. I texted Taylor on Tuesday and he was out here before noon. Fixed the drain and needed to order parts for the faucets, so he came out this morning and finished those repairs. Very friendly team and good advice. I had been looking for a new plumber and feel good about working with this company!

I have no experience with any local plumbers and had no idea who to call. I called Tucker Plumbing based off the 5 star rating and Im glad I did. I booked an appointment online after hours and got a text message back immediately regarding my appointment for the next day. Troy came out and looked over everything and explained what the problems were and what need to be done to fix them. He explained exactly what he was going to do to fix the issues. He was very thorough and quick. When he finished he explained how he fixed everything. He was an excellent communicator and very upfront. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining everything.

Absolutely the best. We had a pipe leak after the freeze in our laundry room and they were able to come out about a week after and repair it for us, super quick and painless! We then had another (much bigger) leak show up about 2 weeks later and Troy answered my frantic text on the weekend regarding it, offered great advice (poke holes in the ceiling where the leak was to avoid a collapsed ceiling) and his team was out Monday morning fixing and replacing all of the faulty piping. I couldnt recommend them enough to anyone looking for great service at a fair price. We have a lot of galvanized plumbing in our home that were looking to replace and well definitely be using Tucker Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. The guys are the nicest to deal with to boot and were great to talk with. 10 stars!

Troy was knowledgeable and friendly. I needed some preventive maintenance done on some copper pipes the the attic before they leaked. He explained what he was do was going to do and fixed the oxidized pipe before it started to leak. He checked the rest of the piping and found another bad spot and fixed it. Job well done.

After moving into a rental with several issues, I was rieved when I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He identified each problem and began fixing right away, even saved me some money by pointing out warranties parts, and helping me with navigating Moen warrenty process. Labor price was high, but this may be the same for all plumbers.

Troy showed up when he said he would, evaluated my issue, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He fixed the leak where the water was coming into the house from the main line and reconfigured the poorly thought out sprinkler set up. I was extremely grateful for his work and would highly recommend!

Troy was professional, responsive, on time, and did everything he said he would do - that’s increasingly difficult to find in a service industry these days. I called late on a Tuesday with a sewer line issue and he arrived the following morning on time and ready to work. He did what he said he’d do and charged what he said he’d charge. We experienced a terrible freeze and power outage a couple of weeks ago and had a couple of pipes burst in the house. Tucker Plumbing was so great, they found and repaired all our leaks. The members of the team were really friendly and courteous and gave us a very fair price.

He came on pretty short notice to install a faucet, ended up fixing more things that were broken. Well definitely call him again when the next thing breaks or needs an upgrade.

Once again, Troy Tucker was prompt, responsive, skilled, and able to solve problems as they arise. His installation of a number of faucets, sinks, and valves in connection with a remodeling job is a fair value considering the care he takes in getting it right.
