Mark and Andy did the most fabulous job here today. I was in a terrible bind as the marble installers cut the whole too small to fit install my faucet. Mark saved the day by using my Dremel tool to widen the hole and fit my new faucet.He installed my new marble vessel sink with all new pipe and even threw in the “P” trap for free.Thank you for saving me today !Now I can gonna to get ready for the 16 people who are coming to my house tomorrow !

Mark and YB Plumbing came to my rescue. My house was backed up and and I didnt have a clue what it was. Mark explained as soon as he arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing. Absolutely my plumbers moving forward and definitely recommend for everyone! Scheduling was very quick and easy. I called this morning to schedule a consult and Tim and another young man arrived later in the afternoon. I needed to have a gas valve replaced for a dryer hookup since the present one was no longer functional. Considered doing this as a DIY project but Quickly realized I shouldn’t.The whole process took maybe an hour and they even installed the gas dryer since we had no clue how to. Tim has made my day, I can now use my new dryer!! Let me just add that YB plumbing is the second plumbing consult I had in my home today. The first company that came out this morning quoted me $1500 for what YB quoted $225. Yup....let that sink in. I’m done, I was sold. Glad I got a second opinion :-) $1500 - are you kidding me, for a $700 dryer!! I think not! Thank you YB!!!!

Our hot water heater went out last week. I called YB Plumbing on Tuesday morning and they had Matt and Mark out to our house that afternoon. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.They both came the following night on Wednesday to completely replace the water heater. They went above and beyond by replacing some of the water valves, piping, and insulation as well. Before they left, they made sure we knew how to operate the new equipment entirely.I am extremely pleased with YB Plumbing, and especially with Matt and Mark. Their prices are very fair, their customer service is unmatched, and I highly recommend their service. You will not be disappointed.

We ran out of hot water on Saturday morning and YB Plumbing sent out Mr. Mark to fix my hot water that night. Mark and Andy from YB plumbing absolutely excellent service. My hot water heaters life ended friday afternoon. I called YB Plumbing Friday evening and they fit me into their schedule and removed the old tank. Then Saturday morning came out and replaced the tank (after waiving the weekend fee) and added two lines for free. Afterwards I spoke with him about my garbage disposal and my kitchen sink which he fixed in about 10 minutes( which was out of kindness).Just overall excellent service, over and beyond. Absolutely worth it.

I have an old house that needs lots of repairs. I decided to work on one thing at a time until a bathroom roof started dripping constantly. I called YB Plumbing, and Mark and Matt came out that evening within a few minutes the pinhole was found and then repaired. I had previously been quoted 6,000 to repipe the entire house. Mark informed me that nothing was wrong with my copper pipes. I then asked for a quote to make repairs to the showers. It was not cheap, but it was in line with what other companies were charging (I checked the average prices for Houston area online). The next day the work was completed. I liked how he explained what he was doing. I could tell that he enjoys his work, and it is important to him to do the job right. I will be using YB Plumbing again in the near future...and yes I will request Mark to do the next job.

This morning we noticed the hot water wasn’t working. As I stepped into the garage I noticed the water heater was leaking from the bottom. I still had warranty but removal and installation wasn’t covered. I called YB Plumbing and they had a plumber at my house in less than 2 hours. I had a plumbing issue in my master bathroom, Water build up and did not drain to the point of flooding our master bedroom. We called YB plumbing because a family member use them before and had only good words to say. Tech showed up with in the hour which was very impressive. Immediately he diagnosed the issue finding a breakage in our old draining line. The worked very late that night digging and replacing the line. I was thankful for them not letting us having more problems and finish all in one day. GREAT JOB!Price was very reasonable and fair, definitely would recommend to all of my friends and family

I had Mark from YB Plumbling to come by to replace my 2 hot water heaters in my attic. I woke up this morning to my ceiling leaking with water. It was definitely an emergency situation. I needed a plumber to come out as soon as possible due to a huge leak in my kitchen sink where water was continuously running. The repairs could only be done during a two hour time frame the next day since that was when the community would have the water shut off. I called YB Plumbing after calling several other calls to local plumbers and Erica was very nice and very understanding of my situation. She promised me a return call to verify they could make it out only after checking with her workers.She promised me that she would continually check in with her workers until they were at my house during the time the water would be off. They actually showed up early (which was also fine) and got the job done just as they promised. I was very thankful for their EXTREMELY fast turn around and commitment to the job.Not only was the job performed well and quickly, they also only charged half the price that a different company quoted.I really appreciated their hard work and their ability to come fix my issue within 12 hours of calling the company. We had a water heater that was failing and had corroded all the way through the top. We called YB Plumbing during a very busy time for them as it was right before Christmas. They squeezed us in and that was great. Mark came out and determined we needed to replace the water heater because it was becoming unsafe. He went out of his way to call the manufacturer as the old water heater was under warranty. He even went with us to Home Depot to get the new warranty replacement water heater. Marks installation of the new water heater was performed expertly as it was taller than the last one so he had to make many adjustments to all the pipes, hoses, as well as the ventilation piping. Mark even came back twice just to make sure that all the roof flashings were completely sealed and the job was performed up to strict standards. My wife and I would recommend Mark and YB Plumbing for all of your servicing needs. A++

Today is Sept. 2, 2017. The toilet was badly clogged by our neighbor family who stayed at our house during hurricane Harvey. After two days, the terrible smell almost drove us out of house. I called several plumbing services at around 7 am. As it is Saturday, many plumbing companies are closed, two did not cover our area (77025) and YB Plumbing answered my call immediately. After I explained the situation, they scheduled to come over between 9 am and 12 pm. At about 10 am, 3 hours after my call, I met Jay and Marck from YB Plumbing. Jay checked the messy and terrible toilet and explained two possible costs: clear clogging by first try and clear clogging with removal of toilet after first failure. Fortunately Jay quickly cleared the clogging. Jay is very careful to take the tool out of house after use without dripping everywhere. The cost for coming over and checking is $70, and the total charge is $120 including $70 field visit which is very reasonable. The people from YB Plumbing are very courteous and professional with excellent ability to fix problem. I used to have another excellent Plumbing company to fix our house problem but every time it worried me for the charge to call them. I am glad I called YB Plumbing and from now on I will have YB Plumbing for all our plumbing problem because of their long working hour, quick response during disaster period, professional and able people and very reasonable price. You could never be wrong to go with a company with over 300 positive reviews. The system only allows five stars, otherwise I would give them 6 stars.
