Very happy with our first Zoom Drain experience. Our sewer line backed up and flowed into our bathtub. Zoom Drain came out after hours and Joe was great. Not only did he fix the problem, he also explained what caused it and what he did to fix it. We will be calling them with any other needs.

Their techs were punctual, polite and very professional. They made sure to wear their booties and even put booties on the wheels of their machine so my carpet could stay clean. I’m so impressed that they cared enough to do that. I also liked the fact that unlike regular plumbers, they carry a camera on their truck that they used to run it through my drain line to show me that it was clear after they hydrojetted it. This gave me peace of mind that the job was done right. Will definitely tell all my friends and family about Zoom Drain!

Amazing. I contacted them Sunday evening because my storm drains were no longer working and my back yard was flooded after tons of rain over the last few weeks. They contacted me back within 15 minutes and scheduled me for 830am the next morning. Well... they just left after clearing out all my storm drains and getting everything taken care of. What a great local woman owned small business. Our clean out drain to our home was clogged which backed up in the sink! It was a mess!! I called Zoom Drain and they were so helpful not only explaining to me but showing me with a live camera the clog and how to resolve my issue.
